One thing I don't like about Android is the file system management. Unlike iPhone and WP. After uninstall in the apps, sometimes a folder will be left behind. And as time goes by, it will become clutter with a lot of folder and I can't keep track of which I don't need anymore.

I am having real issues with this, since I have been trying since I canned our internet service in February to delete the email account on my BB Curve to no avail.When I try to go into Settings --> Setup Wizard --> Email setup --> indicate to create or add an email address (Next) --> Next --> Enter my user name and password.... I keep getting an error message that my User name is "Blank user name. Type a valid user name.".... this is STUPID! It IS filled in!

got the xoom wifi. I want to delete some unused networks. instructuons sa: Settings, Wireless & Networks, WiFi Settings. under wif networks, choose the network you want to eliminate and select "Forget" or "Forget Network". Neither of these 2 options appear on the screen.

1. I bought with my previous smartphone Titanium BackUp Pro to backup and manage my Android Phone. Do i have to forget this with my Xperia Ray ?
2. I never use Twitter app, Facebook app, fun to download app, video unlimited app that are automatically loaded on boot. When i go to manage apps menu, i only can "force stop" for those apps. So how can i uninstall or unload them on boot? without be able to root my phone ? adb is a solution ?
3. For some reasons i want to keep wifi connection active even if my phone is in sleep mode, can i manage WiFi sleep policy without root permissions?
What the icon in the lower right hand corner of the map on the cardock map view is for? It looks like a surveyor's index mark. I would expect it to let me toggle the viewing aspect on the map (i.e., north up, track up, etc). But when I push it nothing happens. Additionally, when I try to drag the map to see another area (always when I'm stopped, of course), the map immediately snaps back to my current position.

View 1 Replies View RelatedEverything seems to be working fine in stock email except one thing. When I send or reply to an email, it disappears. I know it sends, but there is no record of it in any of the sent folders. In the inbox, it shows that an email was responded to, but it doesn't exist on my device. It is not view-able in sent folder from any other device like my computer on IMAP either.
The email makes it to its destination so it's not the end of the world. However, I do like to have a record of what I send from my S6.
There was an option 'show content' in samsung galaxy S5 gallery setting where dropbox was in option.after check dropbox.there appear an folder in gallery..now in S6 where can i find this setting

The only thing I can't figure out and haven't yet found in the forums, is how to move the missed calls from my message folder.I don't want to use the messages folder for anything.
