Apr 17, 2015Following the update to my sony z2, putting my phone on silent causes my sony smartwatch 3 to disable all notifications. I do not want this to happen! I want my phone on silent (not vibrate) but my smartwatch on vibrate and cannot figure out how to do this.

Jul 21, 2014I bought my Galaxy S5 a month ago, and at first I paired my phone in my car and was able to use the hands-free and play music. Last evening while a song was playing the phone lost the bluetooth connection with the car.
I tried several times to re-connect, but not able to establish the connection back.
I tried to delete all previous listed phones/names, but that has not worked either.

Jan 4, 2010I purchased an Iogear USB Micro Adapter Model GBU421WM to try and transfer things from my computer to the phone.After updating the Bluetooth software and trying several times to pair my phone with my computer nothing would happen. It would sit with the serial number window up even after I typed the serial number in several times.I have tried making the phone see the computer and vice versa, and nothing has worked yet. Yet it does know the phone is there and the phone talks to the computer. Just pairing will not occur.So my question is: Is it even possible or am I missing something to make my phone/computer talk through Bluetooth.I have a StraightTalk Samsung R451C Phone.

Jun 29, 2010I have a Plantronics 510 headset that I'm trying to pair with my new Samsung Solstice. The problem is that I can't get the headset to enter paring mode. I turned the headset off and held the call button and volume up but simultaneously but it doesn't give me the alternating blue/red led like the AT&T website says it should? Any ideas?

But it just won't pair with iPhone, My iPhone on the other hand can recognize other devices like my laptop but doesn't find the WEP460. Is this headset incompatible with iPhone 4s? I have tried turning on/off airplane mode, siri etc. to no avail.

LG G4 :: Quick Charging Not Working When Paired To Smartwatch?
Dec 14, 2015I have an LG G4 and have been enjoying Quick Charging using multiple Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 chargers I bought since I got it. Have noticed recently though that it doesn't charge as fast as it used to. Though the G4 doesn't really post a notification on screen that it is fast charging, usually by an hour our charging I'm at full capacity and ready to take it to work (don't charge overnight, just charge an hour after I wake up then by the time I leave, i'm good to go).
Now after an hour, it's still below 40% charging! I'm now wondering if it has something to do with my new smartwatch which I paired to my G4. Bought a gorgeous Huawei Watch last week and it's paired to my G4. I'm thinking if it being paired--meaning it constantly getting information from the watch even when charging--is causing the phone to constantly wake up and stop fast charging?
I just tested this theory a few minutes ago. Turned off bluetooth in my G4 and it seems fast charging went back coz phone charging ended faster. Do Smartwatch paired phones keep the phone from Quick Charging?

Feb 1, 2016I accidentally deleted the pairing for my Bluetooth headphones (had to exchange the headphones and had multiple devices showing ) Now my S6 won't rediscover when I scan for them . Have tried restarting phone and headphones ..... desperately trying to avoid a factory reset !

Aug 17, 2012I know this has probably been asked and answered a thousand times but...I recently took over ownership of a Galaxy 2 from someone else in the family and only use internet through wifi as I dont have data included in my tariff.However, I just saw on latest bill, I have a load of charges for data usage!I have done various searches and there seems to be lots of solutions but no DEFINITIVE one that i have read?The most obvious one I have read is to switch the data mode off from the power button. Another is to deactivate packet data in the network menu (I would have thought the first action would do the same?). I have done both but the charges still continue. I assume then that some apps are running in the background and accessing at random times?
So is what I am describing a normal 'feature' of the phone? Why is the phone allowing apps to override a very high level user setting???If this is the case, my searching has now left me baffled. I have read about downloading apps to switch the 3G connection off? Also I read I could set the phone to run on 2G?Does setting the phone on 2G affect any other functionality? I would like to use the phone for everything else eg wifi gps etc. I just dont want any non wifi internet data usage at all permanently!Lastly, I believe with the network internet connection, I cannot send or receive mms at all? I guess I will have to accept that.

We looked into sync' 2 Iphones but they kept robbing eachothers info.Apparently a pc log on is required for each Iphone,logging in to I tunes does not differentiate between users? Whilst that's ok for apps it's not so good for contacts,etc.Looking at Kies I can opt to sync' a lot better than the Itunes system,so I doubt if I'd have to sync' anything apart from updates to the firmware/software if I chose.
