on a Samsung S6 -- holding down the 1 key - When voice mail ask for a password -there is no keypad . I tried the page button on the left bottom and get a small sized half a pad then upsize it -- then when I type in a number it inserts a dash after the third digit.. how do i get just a plain keypad to type in a password?

After dialing Verizon *611 or when calling voicemail, the number keypad is disabled and the numbers are gone or moved to different locations so I can not enter PIN. I am sure it is a software issue. Tried a hard reset with no luck. VZ authorized retailer believes he can fix this problem by wiping clean and reinstalling one app at a time. Has anyone else had same problem and any luck with a fix?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSo basically I went away for 4 weeks, came back, switched on my phone and now BOOM it won't call anyone, it won't use 3G or anything or even make texts.
Here's some useful information:
- I'm picking up signal, and can receive texts etc.
- when I try and call someone, it says 'you cannot make outgoing calls while call barring is on' (even though I've checked in settings and it isn't).
- I'm on o2 in the UK
- I've checked my status, and it says 'Mobile Network State' is 'Disconnected'.
- It's running 2.3.3
- I've got the Network Mode on Auto (as it always was when the phone actually worked), and also I haven't been playing around with the APNs or anything like that.
- I bought the phone legit from Carphone warehouse a few months ago, and it worked mostly fine up until I switched it back on yesterday. I'd had a few problems with non-wifi internet before I left last month, but nothing affecting making calls etc.
Not sure when this happened, but I cannot turn on voice feedback in S Voice. It is grayed out. Tried clearing data to no avail. I have 4.4.4 and am on Verizon. I have done all the OTA updates.

View 2 Replies View RelatedBlackberry Bold 9700 on contract with Virgin, I have now unlocked the phone and put my works Sim (o2) in. When I switch the phone on I recieve 1 possibly 2 calls then all further calls go to voicemail, I dont get any notifications that I have voicemail and don't know unless I call 1 or 901. If I turn the phone off and on again It then repeats the process. It appears to forward all calls to voicemail after a couple of hours. Call Forwarding is set to Conditional and does not change. I have reset to factory settings but it still does it.
