Like a said, i have some problem with batter charge Below 80%, its charge normaly, but when above 80%, its charge very slow then stop (or slower) i charge overnigth but its only come 90 to 93%
trying to get the damn thing to charge, plug, unplug, check its still charging, its stopped, repeat process, never fully charges. Got a new charger for it, had ONE full charge then had the same problems. Hard reset the other day and is now worse than ever. Last night it was charging for ages, came back to find it at 0% even though it was still merrily flashing to say it was charging, clearly it is not. Left over night to find it had died altogether, cue the usual hours and hours of trying everything to get it to come back on,heating, soft reset, hard reset, unplugging, trying various places to plug in, all usb ports etc blah to then get stuck in the infinite reboot cycle.A zillion hard resets later it finally comes on, leave it to charge a little before going through the set up, there was a small amount of charge, come back to do set up and its gone back down to 0% of its own accord.
Several flashing attempts failed. Now i'm stuck in the "bootloader usb init" screen.(but thats another problem i'm trying to get help with in another thread.)I started with a fully charged good battery, but after hours of trying to get this thing back into verizon by flashing it with VRZ_E815_01.1E.0R_PRIii09574_MONSTER_01.shx , i believe i'm outa juice, well the battery is.So I plugged it in the charger, it's still in the bootloader mode and on! Now.It's been about 4 hrs, but the phone still turns off after displaying 'hello moto' for 1 second(when charger is unplugged), which make it impossible to try fixing the flashing problem.
QUESTION: How do i know that/if the battery is charging while in the bootloader state?.. or is this phone turning it self off, not a battery problem at all, but has something to do with the failed flashing... a dead phone?
My phone ran out of battery so I put it on charge, as normal. Upon returning to my phone 30 minutes later it was on a bright, light blue / green screen that said "Factory Mode" in the top left corner and "Downloading - Do Not Turn Off Target" in the centre. I left this for an hour as I couldn't do anything, and it is still the same? Can't even turn the device off, or on.
I've not even had the phone a month, only have a handful of social media apps and last used it to take photos. Phone ran out of battery again. Rebooted after a charge and it is fine.
Okay, first let me start off by giving some descriptions to questions you may have:
*My phone is not rooted. *I have not messed with any modifications. *My phone's automatic update is turned off. (I haven't update since 4.42.) *I've already erased the cache in recovery mode. *I don't have a back-up.
My phone had died because the battery life ran out. I charged it fully and unplugged it. I kept it off for a little while, and when I turned it on it booted normally to the start-up screen, blinked off and restarted back to the screen; it remained stuck there. I can power off and enter recovery mode, but I can't power off. The charge logo appears when I plug it up, but it stays there with an empty power logo even after I unplug it. I have to always take out the battery to turn it off. What did I do wrong, and I can I fix it without having to wipe out documents? (I have a lot of writing documents).
Today while charging my phone the battery hit 10OF/38C for the first time. I was using the fast charger this time, but it seems to be random when it gets hot and little correlation to which charger I use. I've had it stay cool (80)on fast charge, get to 95 via USB to my work PC and all sorts of other combinations. Is there a pattern I'm missing or is it really as random as it seems.
so today i noticed that my phone while its in charge which is very frequent, battery life is not good, is loosing battery power, thats only if i use the phone heavily, for example the phone was 62% charged and i was playing asphalt 6 for 15 minutes and the battery % dropped to 51%! is this normal, i am using a stock firmware its rather old, but kies doesnt give me any updates.i got 2.3.3 gingerbreadbaseband I9100XXKF1Kernel 2.6.35.7-I9100JPKF2-CL292610 root@DELL102#2i know that im using an old firmware and kernel and i have to update, is the issue that i mentioned a known bug in the earlier firmwares or, do i have a faulty battery, or perhaps its normal and happens to you guys too.
I just got the Samsung 2000 mAh extended battery for my AT&T GS2, but when I went to charge it, the phone shut off instantly, and the power-off charging icon flashes on the screen for a split second every few seconds. It isn't charging during that time, and when I unplug the charger the phone automatically turns on. I'm using the original Samsung charger.
I've just received my Galaxy S2, the first android phone I've ever owned. I've been advised to charge the battery for several hours the first time. When I plugged in the battery charger the battery charging icon appears for about 1 minute and then the screen goes completely dead when the charger is plugged in! Every phone I've had since the mid 90s constantly shows a battery symbol charging throughout the charging process. Is there something wrong with my phone or charger or does the Galaxy S2 not show anything on the screen when charging up?
I have a Tylt Vu at home and at work, and they charge my phone relatively quickly from ~70% to 100% without issue daily in the case.
The other day I put my phone on the home one at ~40% and picked it up hours later and it hadn't charged at all (probably lost a few %, I forget). I thought it was a fluke but yesterday I had the same thing at work when the battery was between 50-60%.
I've seen the issue at home at the tylt vu charger stayed constant green like it was charging. Yesterday at work, it was blinking in loops in red and putting it in day dream (while plugged in) seemed to correct the issue. Daydream stops notifications from showing up though and isn't what I want. I like the ACDisplay app blinking notifications at me MotoX style, especially at work.
So far when having the issue I've tried - rebooting the phone - rebooting the wireless charger - the vu charger has a proprietary cable, so I can't use the Samsung one on it - took phone out of case to ensure it wasn't a case issue - installed latest update from VZ (wifi calling one), just to say I have latest updates
There is a this similar Note 5 thread without much resolution, but the forum won't let me post a link to it b/c my post count is too low forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-note-5/580972-wireless-charging-works-above-50-a.html
trying a variety of wireless chargers? Is there a daydream app that I can choose which notifications it will show me? I looked at dashclock and briefly at the appstore yesterday but didn't find something that fit the bill. I need to see Hangouts, Touchdown, etc.
on Samsung Galaxy S5 it was always showing when i plug in my charger it used to show that blue screen where you can see how much time left before you plug your charger out and also shows three steps like Speed, and Trickle etc...
Last week I bought a S2 and the charging from the mains has been fine. I bought another S2 for my wife, and she put this on charge in the bedroom but after a few seconds of putting on charge the charge stopped and it said 'Battery Disconnected'. Tried with my charge which was plugged in and worked OK with mine and it said the same. Tried the charger in a different plug socket in another room and the phone didn't show the message and charged ok overnight. My phone charges OK from the bedroom, but the other doesn't, but it charges ok elsewhere so it can't be any issue with the plug sockets.
I have been using my samsung galaxy pretty heavily being as i just got it a week ago. I have noticed with heavy use it does not last me a whole day. Yesterday i let the battery drain all the way out so that i could completely cycle through. It ended up takeing a little over 3 hours to fully charge again. Was curious how many hrs of usage other people are averageing and how many hrs of charge time?
I have already read enough of this great forum post, I hope in the future to helpbeginners like me, one day we had to IOS (formerly had a Galaxy S2) and now we are more than comfortable with my 4s!I have the cell phone constantly charging, either in the Dock, when I go to bed, Through The cable in my university (when I'm in class or on the computer in the Library), this because the phone if consuming battery (I have the iOS 5.0.1) and hate running out of battery (no phone) when I'm away from home. Then the doubt (I've already searched in many forums) is whether this is detrimental tothe battery of the phone, or simply when the iPhone detects that is loaded, just stops receiving load and nothing happens:
Just purchased iPhone 4S and it's sucking the life out of the battery. I've read several posts to turn items off to save battery life and nothing seems to be working.
I just got my hands on N95 8GB yesterday so I was checking different things in it. And suddenly it got stuck it didn't let me do anything so I took out the battery and then put it back and turned it on but it never turned on.When I plug in the charger it doesn't give any response. But when I use USB cable then screen light turns on and I can see that the mobile is getting charged. But when I try to turn it on it just dies again. But the keypad and lights stays on. And now I don't know what to do.
Verizon Wireless G4 VS986 running 10b. It seems frequently, the battery charging indicator will get stuck at a certain percentage even though it shows the charging taking place but the % would not increase. It will charge while the phone is off but even after powered off and/or powered off and restart, it will either continue charging or it will charge but not update the %...
When I use an older, slower charger for my GS6 overnight, my battery usually lasts all day, unless under HEAVY use of video or music. However, when I use the Fast Charging cord that was boxed with my GS6, it seems to charge to 100% at lightning speed, but then seems to lose power 5 times faster the next day. I may barely use my phone for <10 minutes during the day, and it is down to 10% by 5pm! So, fast charging = faster battery loss? I'm not seeing an upside to the Fast Charging, at all.
My 2330 model is stuck on the charging screen, with the animated battery thing, even after having charging it for several hours. I've also tried switching the battery which did nothing for me.
If I enter the C905a menu (right, star, left-left, star, right)I can not activate USB Charging.it is stuck in the OFF position. My phone will however charge when plugged into my PC by does not charge when plugged into my car.any idea how to change this?
I have an iPhone 3GS, and yesterday it ran out of charge. I plugged it into my wall socket as normal, but all I got was the black screen with the apple logo, which disappeared after about 15 seconds. I have tried to hold down the home and on/off key together; to try and restore it, but nothing happened. I have tried to plug into my computer and open in iTunes, but iTunes does not find it. The only thing it appears to do when it is plugged into anything, is show the apple logo on the screen and then switch off after about 15 seconds.
I have a problem with charging my phone, no matter if via usb charger or AC-10 charger that came with the device. The problem is, charging indicator does not stop even after several hours of charging. Battery is charged at 98% or so. It happens very often, but not always.
I'm turning on the Vivaz after a night in charging. It's turning on and stuck on the SE screen at the start. I've tried everything and nothing helpful, what can I do?
When I put my phone on the charger at night.. I'm waking up to only a 65-70% charge. Thats as far as it gets. I've tried changing from the stock cord.. To my alternate (new) cord.. And nothing. I have three extra battery's and all are doing the same. I'm also dealing with a significant amount of heating up of my phone too. All apps are closed frequently and especially before bed.
