Oct 15, 2011I've installed a new theme (around 2MB after installation) to my Nokia C6-01 from the OVI store (to phone memory) and later uninstalled it from the app manager through phone, but when I go look at the memory, it says that my phone memory is still 2mb occupied. I haven't installed any other app to the phone..Is there any other place that I need to delete the installation files?

Jul 24, 2011I have had my C3-00 since last November, and it has been fine, I have used it to access FREE WIFI in other European countries as well as the UK without being charged . That was untill 3 months ago when I started getting charged for accessing FREE WIFI in the UK and in Europe, I have had the phone reset by Nokia and by a Nokia shop without any luck, It is set to always ask when it conects to the internet but it never asks!Should I bin the phone and get a new one or will Nokia sort the problem?I am on V 07.20 but when I try to download the newer version it tells me I have the correct version?

I have spoken to vodafone who say it can be repaired under warranty free of charge. do you think this is correct ?.I was not sure if accidental damage is covered. Dont want to be landed with a big bill if they repair it outside of warranty. i was only sat in a chair when lcd cracked, not dropped or fell on, i thought it was a bit tougher that this.

Mar 20, 2012I've just updated my C1-02 to software V06.15. Alas, the max volume for handsfree calls via Bluetooth is still far too low. It's unusable in a moving car. This problem already existed half a year ago in the previous two software versions. Also, the address book isn't transferred correctly.
I use a TomTom Via 125 nav for handsfree calls, but Parrot users have reported the same problems with the C1-02.

Aug 10, 2010I guess thats gonna be 2 more chargers needed then... one for the car and one for the office. And when the phone is at the office, it needs to be plugged in at BOTH ends, one for charge, the other for sync.
I simply can't understand what the hell Nokia were thinking about with sticking a Micro USB connection on the phone and then not using it for charging!, especially since they have signed the EU memorandum agreeing to adopting the Micro USB charging standard by 2011. [URL]
Nokia like to profile themselves as green - way to go for adding to the thousands of tonnes of electronic waste thats thrown away in Europe each year...

Nov 25, 2015I just picked up two new nokia icons off ebay.. it was listed as new at least.. came in a box etc..
If i plug it in to charge.. it charges at about 1% per hour if that.. turn the screen on and it drops several percent,. use it unplugged and it rapidly discharges maybe 15% or more in a very short period of time.
Im guessing i got a bad batch?
Its very odd that both phones exhibit the same behavior.. and just for kicks i left 8.1 on one and put 10 on the other.

Sep 7, 2012I have a Bold 9000 and it is draining the battery very quickly doesnt even last a few hours with a couple of calls and when its flat will only charge if I take out the battery and put in on a universal charger it wont charge with the blackberry mains charger, car charger or usb connection.I have bought two new batteries and all the same thing, turned off all applications I can see.The phone was bought new from an ebay seller in December and I cant get any response now from them and they are no longer on ebay.I have seen something about updating the system.

I then travelled to France using the Sat Nav and came back to a bill of around £6 for usinng the Sat Nav and have been charged when ever i use it, virgin have told me to contact Nokia as using the Sat Nav i was charged for GPS usuage (pardon my ignorance but does a sat nav not run of GPS), I have finally spoken to somone at Nokai and they are now telling me the free aspect of the Sat Nav is the application and licence and for data transfer via GPS i will be charged for this via virgin.
I am not willing to pay £5 pm for this from virgin as I genuinely belived i bought a phone with a sat nav not some elctronic maps.
