Sep 24, 2011My problem is that when I'm texting it will all of a sudden 'crash' I have tried removing the battery, giving it a few minutes and replacing the battery and again it 'crashes' It has happened a few times now and have found if I leave it for an hour or two without the battery in then replace it and try again it is fine. Last night the same thing occured but now when I turn it on it switches off again. I can't get past the date and time screen I don't know if it's due to a memory storage issue or software issue. I haven't the foggiest on how to update my software.....told you I am an amateur! Have removed memory card to no avail too.

Cseries :: C6-00 Won't Start At All
Nov 17, 2011I received my Nokia C6-00 phone last year around December and it's been working great until a few days ago when I noticed my phone started to having "lines" moving on the screen. I tried reseting my phone but the "lines" were still there. My screen starts shaking whenever I tried to use the keyboard function or it sometimes just blank out on me. Now, today, my phone just completely wouldn't cooperate with me at all...like even opening it, I would see multiple lines and the screen would shake even more to the point I can't see my main screen at all.

Oct 30, 2010I have a C7 and it is restarting on its own. It have only had the phone for 1 day and it has restarted about 10 times so far.It always happens when I go in to Maps but it also restarts when it is just in the screensaver sitting on my desk.I have tried a hard reset but it is still the same.Should I send this phone back or should I just wait a while to see if a firmware/software update fixes it?If I have to send it back so soon I will be really cheesed off.

Dec 13, 2011I've encountered a strange problem. Obviously my C7 doesn't really charge when it is connected in Ovi Suite Mode. Althought the phone shows that it is charging (battery indicator) my phone just gave me a short warning about low battery and then shut off after it has been loading since 4 hours. Just before it shut down I checked that it was still loading (regarding to the battery indicator).
