it fell in the toilet face down, was only in there for like 30 seconds. none of the stickers are damaged they're still white. when i took the phone out it didnt have much water init. i took the battery sim and memory card out over night and it still wont turn on. instead of a red light its turned blue and flashes. i tried charging it and plugging it into my laptop it wont charge either. the screen has got like white lines but if you touch or warm the screen they go. what do i do? its a brand new phone aswell im not on contract so i cant easily get it replaced.
My cousin dropped the phone in front of me while make a phone call. The phone fell on a grass and doens't turn on. I've tried hard reset etc but still doesn't turn on. I then plugged it to the mains and the phone turned on. Its not detecting the battery, service provider, wifi and Bluetooth. Seems like some problem with communication system. When I take the main adaptor off, the phone switchs off. I need my phone bad as all the contacts, phone calls but scared it will take so long to get it replace or serviced. The phone doens't look like its water damaged, something else is wrong with it.
i'm using blackberry curve 9360. I can't change my sim card as when i changed it required me to log in to blackberry id. i can't log in using my id, always come out " unable login to your blackberry id account" what is wrong with it? i can login from blackberry site but not from my curve. i can't download any apps from apps world as well, as i can't login to it also.
I've just got a 9360 and it won't recognise the holster I have. I have tried the phone in various other holsters and it won't recognise any of them. Help, I used to love the fact my old Curve recognised the holster and switched to sleep mode and reserved battery life etc. Is there a setting within the phone I have to switch on?
I have an unlocked Curve 9360 (usually on Bell Mobility in Canada). I'm currently in Thailand, so I put in a 1-2-Go sim card from AIS. Now my email won't work on either data or wifi. Neither does Facebook, but I don't care about that. What can I do to get my email working on wifi?
When i want to sync my phone to my comupter, it says theres nothing to synchronize with. Then it says mass storage mode is turned on so i go to options and enabble media sync, but it still doesnt sync my phone. i dont know whats wrong. all i want to do is sync music in.
I need to know how to access my media card on my phone: blackberry 9360. when I download or save pics or songs to my phone on to the media card, I can't access them at a later stage!
I recently got the 9360 and I synced my old 9300 to it so all contacts, emails, texts, etc., went across. Since I've starttd using my new phone no emails have come through and every time I went on email setup it keeps saying 'the email application is temporarily unavailable try again later'. So in the end I did a security wipe but did a back up before. After the security wipe I went to email setup and again it read the same unavailable message, I then went to back up my phone and I cant even do that now!
I am trying to get the calendar on my Curve 9360 to get items from, and put items to my calendar. My email/calendar is on a Microsoft exchange server, and I have it set up on my Blackberry Playbook (activesync) and sending/receiving emails or making/deleting calendar entries is seemless and instantaneous. The Curve on the other hand does not make it so easy.
I get/send emails no problem. The calendar on the curve does not update with new items posted elsewhere nor do new calendar entries made on the Curve get posted to the server. I do not have the same email account options on the curve 9360 as the playbook. I have never found an option on the Curve for wireless sync. The only way syncing works presently for me is to use desktop manager and press sync.
Since yesterday, i can't turn on my phone. i tried everything, remove the battery connect the cable, but nothing, when i connect it for charging; after the red light the batterie logo appears, i let it connected the whole night, not better.after i wanted to update the os but no connection between the phone and the computer; impossible to connect it.i tried so many solution have seen on the web...
My curve 9360 was working fine earlier but when it ran out of battery I charged it up and it wont turn on. It goes on when the bar loads but as soon as it gets full, it just restarts the bar again and a little timer in the top left hand corner comes up everytime the bar goes full and re starts it's self.
my bb 9360 phone got drained this morning for about an hour, then i charge it for not more than 3 hours, while charging all was still fine i can turn- on over it, then i noticed that the phone was turned off automatically i dis connect it with the charger, then it is warm to touched. i removed the battery to coll it off over. when i put it back over i can not turned on my bb, and afterwards the phone and the battery was getting hot again. i removed it again and allow it to cool-off.. the 3rd time i try to placed it back again it is not warm to touch but i can not turn-on the power.
my curve 9360 went dead while I was texting and now it will not turn, no red light nothing. I have removed the battery and attached the charger and still nothing also tried pluging usb into pc but the phone doesnt register on the computer.

Just received a new BB Curve 9360. I keep trying to turn off WIFI to save battery life but when I click off WIFI in the Manage Connections box it keeps turning itself back on after a few seconds. Is there some sort of automatic connect function that turns on WIFI if it detects a signal? If so where can turn off this function?
I have recently got a Blackberry Curve 9360 running on O2 UK and the latest update of OS 7 and love it, but want to turn it off over night without setting times for it to turn off and on. I have looked at many posts on forums and want to fully turn it off, as when i click the 'power off' icon or hold down the end key, it just goes into standby. when i set an alarm, it gives me the option to 'turn off' or 'full power off' but they both do the same thing. a battery pull does NOT work as it just turns on again straight away.
I just got the black berry curve 9360. I wont turn at all, I tried to charge it still wont work. I have tried to update but my computer says there is no device connected. How do I get it to work ?

My blackberry battery died one afternoon and when i started to charge it, the reboot screen kept appearing followed by the red LED light before attempting to reboot again. i have tried installing the new software but it is still rebooting half way stopping, LED light comes on and the whole process continues. the bb is only 2 months old and hasnt been dropped or damaged in any way. could the battery need replaced?
I fell asleep last night with my phone on a low battery, I wake up this morning and put it on charge, the led light holds a red light (not flashing) for around 15/20 seconds then nothing.
What I like to do (and have always done with my other, non-blackberry phones) is go outside for a smoke, while listening to some music on my phone, then come back in, send some text messages and maybe make a call, then go out for another smoke, playing the music where I left off. My new bb curve 9360 can't seem to do that. Once I navigate to any other apps or anything, it resets the music player, gets rid of Now Playing and I have to start all over (I try to cycle through all my mp3s on random/shuffle). How can I even get to texting w/o stopping the music. Shouldn't there be a Home button or something (that doesn't stop the music)? I set up facebook. Now how do I stop all the activation sounds every time someone posts something?
BB 9650 (OS 6): Bluetooth won't go off after using Bridge connection to Playbook (OS 2). The blue light continues to flash even though Manage Conections: Bluetooth is unchecked - turning the phone off and back on and turning the Playbook off is ineffective. Have to pull the battery and allow the phone to reset!
Also have an occasional problem with headset connection being blocked while using Bridge. Turning the Playbook off does not always restore it? Deleting and re-enabling devices doesn't help.

so I was charging my phone overnight (which I know is not recommended but seems to be irrelevent for this situation based on my reading) and when I woke up my phone would not turn on. It stays black, and the red light has prolonged blinks (not the quick blinks that most people experience). Now I know that my phone could be bricked, and I have troubleshooted this profusely in the past 5 hours. For most people, according to another forum, people should open the Loader.exe file in the AppLoader folder, and connect the phone. Then they should hit "Next" when "PIN UNKNOWN" shows up. Makes perfect sense to me, except when connected with and without the battery, mine recognizes the PINhen I hit next after timing it perfectly, I go through the multi-step loader, and it says that if cannot recognize the device. The thing that gets me is the fact that my computer is recognizing the PIN instead of the "UNKNOWN" that is associated with most OS failures.
My blackberry bold turned off after being charged one day and won't turn on. i tried taking the battery out and plugging it in, but it refuses to turn on or even show any light on the screen. when its plugged in and charged, the red lights blinks for a few seconds about every other minute.
I've got a Blackberry Curve 8320 and I was doing an update on blackberry desktopmanager then suddenly my usb came off and some error came and whever I try toturn on my blackberry the red light keeps blinking and whever I plug my usb tothe computer it comes as unkown device. Is my blackberry completely dead? Btw Ican't connect it to the computer and I've tried pulling out the battery.
I need to figure out how to turn my email on and off my Curve 8330. Does anyone know how to do this? I average about 150 emails a day and if I'm sitting in front of my computer I would rather not have them going to my blackberry too! Is there anyway I can just turn it off?
