BB Software :: BBM Is Not Working

I have had my bb 3 months now and was an extremely happy customer, bbm was amazing and brilliant to chat to friends on. However tonight as I was in the middle of a conversation with my best friend bbm stopped working and my messages or new pms would not send. I did a battery pull and rebooted The phone, however as the bb was set up and ready to go I entered bbm and there was not an updates catagory where u receive everyone else's pms ect. This has not happened as far as I know, and has really turned me off buying a new bb which my mother offered to buy me next month, I am currently thinking of buying an iPhone as I have no problems with any iPod I have ever had and iPhones don't freeze and have a timer on their screen which forces you to do a battery pull , in my opinion this is highly unacceptable as the phone is not 100% fit for its purpose! And I pay for bbm too it should not just stop working as I am paying for this service! I would also like to add that I have a bb curve 8520 and have installed the last two updates within the last 3 days or so which also unacceptably took an hour to download and reboot both times, I wouldn't mind if it was once a month but it was 2 updates within 3 days which leads me to believe that bb needs a new updat and one that will actually work this time!!

Im using nokia 5530 and usually it goes slow and some of its apps stop working like music player hangs but remain playing. it slows down while sending or receiving messages even when messages are in outbox. Its RAM remains 80mb full even when no application running only 40-45mb is available. Sometimes its headphones' player buttons stop working and start working after restart.

For the past couple of days, I've been unable to use my BB's Browser or GPS functions. Whenever I try to connect to the BB Browser, I get a timeout error. None of my bookmarks are able to connect either. I've tried switching between the different settings in browser configuration settings (BIS, hotspot, wifi, IE, Firefox, etc) to no avail. I also have a wifi set up at home and even though it was working flawlessly a couple of days ago, it will no longer connect to any wifi. In addition, the GPS function is not working on any of the apps that use GPS (Both BB and Google maps, weatherbug, poynt).
Here's the kicker: Everything else is working great. I'm getting all of my emails from all of the emails I have configured with the device (my work email through the BES, forwarded from a comcast address, and from my *@vzw.blackberry.net address) and all of my apps seem to be working fine. I've got facebook, ubertwitter, ebay, weatherbug, poynt, and a couple of others and they're all able to update wirelessly.
I've tried going through a new enterprise activation, I've updated everything through the desktop manager, and I've re-registered the device on the network. I'm iffy on whether I've actually pushed all of the service books to the device again because I can't login here: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw. Whenever I try to, it tells me I have use my device's BIS. Well, that's my problem. I can't use my device's BIS. Also, I have one WiFi host routing table and about a hundred Verizon host routing tables. I'm not sure which ones I should delete, as I've read, in order to get it download a new one.
The only thing I've really noted that appears to be a problem is that when I go to Options -> Status, the device's IP Address is 0.0.0.0. I'm not sure if that is supposed to be like that or not. I know from regular internet usage on a desktop, if you don't have an ip address on the network, you can't get on the internet. Does that ring true for the BB as well?

The internet/LTE on my iphone has stopped working for everything besides phone, iMessage, Facetime (email, safari, and facebook all say they need internet access). I've reset my network, did a soft reset (home and power button). I have internet connectivity since I can do video facetime. What are my next steps to get safari working

i got a nokia n8 from singapore ....so it should be region free...n i got mobilicity .......the thing is that i can call people i can text ....i can use my internet browser .....but i can't use aplications that require internet !!!! for example a facebook app ...after i open it it says no connection ...even though im able to browse the web +_+.....is this a config problem or is it just because mobilicity is just incompatible with the nokia n8 ?

I recently bought my htc m8 in dubai (the dual sim edition), fone works fine with LED notifications green and amber. Buttons are intact, all seems perfectly working except for one thing. The proximity sensor/IR LED light doesnt work.. i dont know how to address this properly but ive seen in a yt video( posted below not mine) of their m8's with a faint violet blink on the proximity sensor light emitting a blink once it senses a movement.

My GPS is not working for E72. I can get my position but I think that is because of A-GPS enabled. I talked to customer care and they are saying "you must be in open space, no tall buildings etc" which is not practical. I tried for hours, it always says "waiting for GPS" but never gets any thing. It used to work earlier but then there was p problem [ no breathing light ] and I had to take it to serivce center, after that it never worked.

I've tried just about everything to get the GPS on my phone working, without success. Even had my phone in repair for 3 weeks, it worked after that. Using 'location' I could get a fix quite fast and pretty precise. But when I restored the data from my backup it stopped working again. After that I tried a hard reset, afterwards restoring my data by synching with Ovi Suite, it worked again. And after the update to Maps 3.03, it was gone again. Now I've been resetting it as if I have nothing better to do but nothing gets it working again. I have had it with this phone's GPS, it's clear that it's a pure software fault.

Nokia moved MfE to Ovi store and there u can download MfE 3.0, at least that is what you think. Wrong; you get version 2.09.208, not 3.0. Once downloaded and installed, the problems begin. Emails fine they synchronise, however as soon as the agenda items, tasks and contacts should synchronise you get message "Exhange server system srroe, Try again later". In the log file it says HTTP 500 error, internal error. This problem is NOT there when you use MfE version 2.09.206. So why my not dear Nokia do you post a new version of MfE, letting customers believe they get version 3.0 which is not the case and it creates problems that do not exist with previous version 2.09.206.

My mic does not seem to be working when using speakerphone or on facetime, but normal calls work fine. I can hear the person speaking over facetime, but they cannot hear me. I was able to use my headphones mic to talk over facetime, but I'd hate to have to use that everytime.
**Also, I just did the voice memo and the mic worked fine. Is there a setting I have messed up? This is weird.
**Another test, video playback only produces noise, you can't hear me talking at all.Anyone have any ideas? If I took this to the apple store, would they just replace it?

The A key on my blackberry curve is not workingIt had stoped working previously but fixed itself but this time it hasnt worked for a few months nowthis has caused some of my other keys to become slow to respond which makes me think it is a software fault as the last time the A key stopped working the other keys were slow and when the A started working they were fine again

since today afternoon my blackberry curve 8520 has been acting really weird and its annoying me to no end!! the phone has become soooo slow...its unbelievable and the alt has stopped functioning...i rebooted the phone 6 times...with great difficulty i was able to put in my password for it to start however, my alt is fuction less and im trying everything i can to get it back to normal!i have reloaded the software onto my phone but nothing seems to be helping!

A few days ago I bought my wife a BB curve 8520 it's PAYG on Orange. My own BB 8520 is witht he same provider and mine works fine.
She has had her email etc from Orange to say its up and working but all the contacts I've sent to be added to BBM are all stuck in the Pending box. the message was deleted as it told her to do, I even took the battery out to re-boot it and still no Joy.
how to get her BBM up and running before I die and evil death because her BBM isn't working.

I have been using my blackberry torch for a couple of months now and suddenly today I have stopped getting emails and I keep getting a message saying blackberry user authentication required. When I enter my password I get message unable to log in. I have verified my password on the lap top, taken out the battery and the sim and reset and still same message. Internet working ok.
