i was on blackberry app world and in the middle of downloads my phone got a white screen and a app error 523 reset came on and everytime i press reset my phone restarts but goes back to the same white screen over and over. what do i do and where should i start?

The contacts were transferred at the store - but after I restored from my DM backup done one week ago - none of my other settings were restored. What did I do wrong or what have I missed? Sprint rep told me the backup restore would get my new 8330 back to being just like the old one - but it's not.I want to get my email settings, apps, ring tones, wallpapers etc, back. I don't want to have to create everything over again when I have a good backup.

The 8330m receives MMS pictures embedded and the 8330 receives an SMS with a link to look at the picture online.I know this isn't new but I haven't been able to find any solution to this if there even is one.
One thing I found is that somewhere it was said that the two phones receive different types of Service books depending on the model.Now, maybe this is a stupid question but I am asking it anyways .Can I somehow copy the MMS service book from the 8330m and put in on my older 8330 ? If it's possible, will this fix the MMS as an SMS link problem ?
Recently my Blackberry Bold 9700 started displaying an error: app Error 352 Reset. View 9 Replies View RelatedMy Torch yesterday evening just cut off from a call, switched itself off, come back on again with a white screen saying ''App Error 606 - Reset''. Everytime I reset it or take the battery out it reloads and the same message appears.
I have tried the following Program Files>Common Files>Research in Motion>App Loader>Loader but then when I do these steps (as advised from another forum) I get the message saying it has failed to locate any files but sometimes it goes to the next screen with my list of Application Names with a tick next to them all then I click finish and straight away without any loading bars or anything like that it says ''Successfully updated your software''.
