where do i start, app world hasnt let me in alday? so as we do we try,try and try again!!! in doing this ive reset my password and through trying its locked me out. after being on the phone to a bloke that didnt help very much ive come to the conculsion that blackberry have locked my id and i cant figure out how to unlock it
i am recently on a blackberry torch9800 locked to vodafone i am wishing to unlock it but cant get past the screen which has your imei num on it as i have read a few sites that you needto get to the screen were it shows were your sim card is how to do this as i have my imei num and mymep id num
The password that I use for unlocking the device works, because I just entered it and unlocked the device. However, when I connect it to the computer via a USB cable the same password doesn't work. The password is all letters. I do not remember ever entering a password to synch my device before so I can't remember if that is supposed to be the same password. I did try once with caplocks on just to make sure that the password wasn't all caps, but that did not work either. I'm baffled. If any others have that have had this problem could post what they learned,
I can't log into app world - It keeps telling me that my user id and password don't match but they do. I even reset my password and that doesn't work either. This happened on my curve too and I thought getting a new phone would resolve it!
When I try to log in to app world with BB ID all i get are error messages saying either emal address and password dont match, or a message saying try again later.I've tried rebooting several times. tries using different email addresses. tried changing BB ID...all to no avail. There must be a soloution out there!

I was installing the new version of twitter (and something else I cant remember) and all of a sudden my app world and my twitter launches are gone! Ive tried removing the battery and stuff and still nothing's working!
I really need someone's help. I've been using my bb for a week. I hv downloaded and upgraded several apps. Yesterday somehow, I can't log in to my app. I've changed my password 2 times but still didn't work. So, I changed (already installed) 3.0.1.27 app world to 3.0.2.9 app world. I delete my ID and made a new account with the same email ID but it didn't work. The new app world even run slower than the previous one. I've attempted 10 times and the error ID 40730 occurred.Since I'm new with this bb, I don't have any idea what to do.
I have a new blackberry torch and have used my blackberry app world on this but it has now stopped..... When logging in it says " unable to log in to your blackberry ID account" above this it says Verify blackberry ID I have gone in to options , advance settings, enterprise activation I have entered my details and a few minuets later it says failed...
I have the Blackberry Torch 9800 and and when I try and open App world, it doesn't do anything. It used to open but yesterday and today it won't open. I tried re installing it, deleting it then installing it again and it still won't do anything.
I installed google maps about a week ago. Since that time I cannot enter my app world.When I go to Blackberry ID account..I get message "Unable to retrieve your blackberry ID account information. I cannot download new apps. How do I delete google maps that I suspect may be causing all of the problems, since it is asking for permission to obtain personal information when I try to start.
The problem started when I updated my os 7 on my torch 9810 to the newer version. When I went to update my apps I signed in just fine. A few weeks later I tried to download a new app but the app world would say that their was a problem with the current session and to login to continue but the login screen doesn't come up. I can sign in via my phone browser and everything but it doesn't show me the apps that I have installed or unistalled.
I search online for ways to rectify this problem I even wiped my phone but when I went I updated the os again the same thing happened again. So now I'm just desperate can I fix this problem or do I need to buy a new phone?
I have been trying for some days not to purchase theUNO game from the APS world But I keep getting a message saying"THERE WAS A PROBLEM CONNECTING TO THE PAYMENT SYSTEM" I have been getting this constantly can someone please assist me on this matter. Or is there another way to get this game?
Switch to BlackBerry Torch 9860 recently (upgrade from Torch 9800), however unable to log in to app world as the message "unable to login into your BlackBerry ID account". For additional info, this is my fifth BlackBerry and this is also first time i encounter this problem as when i switch to new BlackBerry, there is no such problem as i using the Blackberry desktop to update and transfer all the old data to new data, now the blackberry protect keep popping up and request me to log in, however everytime i log in the message unable to log into your BlackBerry ID account appear and unable to proceed. I have log into Blackberry via email (laptop) there is no problem.
I'm being locked out from my BB I'd after 3 failed attempt to login. Now I can't download anything frm App world, coz everytime I'm asked 2 login, it said 'there is error in current session. Please login to continue', but problem is I can't login. Even when I tried 2 update my BB Id from option/device/blackberry Id, it responses w/ 'unable to update your blackberry I'd information'. So, what should I do?
i have a BB torch 9800.I tried to update my app world to 4.0.0.63. i got the link to my email i clicked on it , went to the download site, selected the language i clicked on the download button and.....a message pop up appear and says "! donwload failed.".details of the error are 907 invalid COD A network error occurred.Last, after this process, my previous version of app world has been uninstalled .
My App World has locked me out and I don't know how to reset it. I tried bringing it into Rogers but they said they can't do anything and I don't know how to contact support at RIM.

I cannot connect to my bb app world and I want to download an app. When i will log in to my bb ID it always unable to login to my account. I forgot to verify my email address and it's already expired then i made a new email account for my bb ID but when i log in to my mobile it always enter the username associated with this smartphone. I tried to login in my laptop and i can access it but why in my mobile i cannot access my bb ID.
I use a TORCH 9800. After i recenthy updated my app world to 4.0.63, the app world icon is missing. I installed it, still not found, I tried HIDDEN options, tried RE-BOOTINGI found a page where there were 4 causes and 4 resolutions given. The first 3 i tried and no use. The 4 th option is to click the given URL and update the device software, but that URL itself is not working.
The App World does not open. I can try to open it and it shows running (apparently in the background); but, it never comes up so I can do anything with it. I have tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail.

I just got a new torch 9810. When I try to login in to app world it says "unable to login to your blackberry ID account". I have no problem logging in on my computer - only on my phone. Very frustrated with this as I want to add the apps I had on the old phone to the new one and/or get new ones.
