I own a BB Torch and I have a big issue with the Facebook app. When I tried to log in to FB I always get a eror message saying "We were unable to log you in (2405)"I have seen that many other have reported this error on other forums but I did not see any resolutions. as I use my FB app quite a lot. I used to have BB9700 and I upgraded the OS to BB OS6, but did not have any issues with FB.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI had my BB Torch 9800 for few month. Previously used to work fine, all my emails used to show up in message folder. But these days when I receive emails my bb flashes red and it shows on top of the screen emails icon. But when I open my messages folder it shows empty folder without any emails, even though I can see the email icon showing there is emails awaiting. I do aware of this option that, if I press bb menu and then press show all, my email address with my name will show up. With this way I can view received emails. But I don't want to use this option, as I prefer all my emails goes to message folder, that way I can have more space to download other apps.
Note: if i reboot my device all emails shows up in message folder! I don't want to reboot my device everytime I face this problem.
When my daughter sends me a text from her Blackberry Torch I cannot simply reply to it. I can type a response but it will not send. I can however go into my contacts and hit send msg to her that way but it is frustrating, time consuming and annoying.

View 2 Replies View RelatedThis is only happening when I'm texting someone using iMessage - it'll say that they sent their message as a text message, but then a few minutes later I'll get their exact same message again, but this time as an iMessage - it's happened with multiple people - it says I'm still in iMessage "mode" but they're in text message mode and then i'll often receive the same message again - this has only started happening recently, and it doesn't happen every time but it happens often and I'm not sure why- has this happened to anyone else?

Message inbox icon (notification/ indicator) for Text message does not appear on my Torch 9860 when I receive text message (the little tiny text message bubble icon).I get it for email and blackberry messenger (little envelop for email, blue bubble for messenger) but nothing for text message.

Even though I have deleted the text message and I've tried everything to try and get it to go away. Today I have a Blackberry Messenger Message that won't delete as well. Does anyone else have this problem and figure out a way to refresh and get ride of it? I've tried turning the device on and off a few times but doesn't fix the issue.

I have big problem with sending emails because i can't. I have personel mail account with my hosting and i retrieve all messages from my inbox but i can't send a mail.
I tried gmail account and it's works fine..
I configured my account with pop and imap (my mail server supports both). Both configuration retrieve mails but didn't sent! Always same error "Unable to send message: Name Surname <email@account.com>"
By the way I'm from Turkey and in the Turkey smtp 25 port is closed, we're using #587 port and i configured at the email account installation.

I'm going to the BIS website becuase I dont know my password, and click forgot password. I then put in the device pin and it says successfully sent passowrd to device. the message is not coming to device. I went into firewall and made sure PIN messages werent being blocked. Down the bottom it says 'Incorrect encryption key: 2 blocked"

Issue:When I recieve a text message instead of going to the latest message when i tap the txt icon in the notification area or on the icon on the screen it dumps me to the middle of the message where i have to scoll everytime to the bottom.. and since some messages are very LONG in thread, they take forever to have to scroll to the bottom.Torch 9800, Carrier:BELL, Software 6.0.0.695 (6.0.0.246).
It comes up as Uncaught exception: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException and I'm unable to text messages on my phone.
