Nov 21, 2011My scroll function does not work and I have to do everything via touchscreen. This is the 3rd blackberry I've had the same problem with.

Aug 15, 2010Welp got the torch and love it, was using a captivate and an aria for about 3 weeks, neat toys but sucked as phones so back to bb I went.My convience key will let me program it for any other function other than the camera, it will work the first time after resetting it to the camera option, but won't work the shutter. After closing it out and pressing the button again from the home screen or any other I get nothing?

I have tried every suggestion posted to rectify the scroll issue. None of them work. I would like to get the name of the person at RIM to whom I can write a letter.

Jul 6, 2012I bought a new BB 9360 and in less than a month i am facing all sorts of weird problems. The scroll wont work. I rebooted and the alt key is always shown pressed rendering the device impossible to use.I would want to get a replacement option where i can go in for a better device as i have read on the internet about this being a widespread problem on all blackberry devices.Could you direct me on how to take this matter further as the blackberry service station Redington in Bangalore, India is refusing to take this up.A service probably means a hot fix which i do not want as i am sure the problem will crop up again.

Mar 30, 2012For some reason ( I don't know what happened to it) my torch 9800 the scroll panel isn't working. The mouse still scrolls but it won't click on anything. Also the call, hang up, menu button and the back buttons aren't working either. The lights for them are burnt out as well. But there is no water damage I am aware of. (my warentee is out too). The touch screen still works too.

However, when people call me, it does not show them as a saved contact, it just shows the number.This is frustrating and is a continuation of a long list of problems with my E66. Jan 9, 2012I like the running Pace Zone Feature! It worked for me on the day I did a fit test. I ran 6 miles after the fit test and was able to take a glance at my watch and see the zone I was in. Very cool. I went to the website and tweaked my zones and saved a new template.I can't get the pace zones function to work since then. I'm sure it is operator error.

Oct 29, 2011I have just recieved my new 9860 and have a recurring problem throughout the phone. The easiest example is when you use apps like facebook for the first time, you see a terms and conditions pop up. At the bottom of this popup is a small blue arrow to indicate there is more to read if you scroll down. I can't scroll down... the cursor just goes off screen.
This problem is persistant throughout the phone in the blackberry side menu, the home page and on web pages. Basically I cannot scroll anything that requires scrolling to view more. The cursor just dissappears off the screen.
I have tried removing the battery (whilst turned on) to no avail. I have tried adjusting fonts (another list that will not scroll) and Orange tech support were unable to help.

1. The music player hangs almost every time i use it - have to turn off the phone to get it to work again.
2. The alarm function doesnt seem to work when on charge?
3. There seems to be a lot of lag using the menus and apps on the phone.
Is anyone else having these problems or is it a faulty phone I have?
