I have a Blackberry Torch (9800 model). My service is with AT&T.I deleted an important memo by mistake, and I would like to retrieve it. I do not know where the "Trash can" is like it is on a desktop, so I can not remove it.

My boyfriend also has a blackberry torch, he was changing the settings on one of his picture files and his phone crashed. When the phone re-loaded, the file had gone! We have tried searching for the file on the phone and the names of the pictures in the file, but no luck please tell me there is a way to try and get this file back, as there was some sentimental pictures in the file and I would love to get them back.

I tried clicking applications on the desktop software but it just said "A newer version of Blackberry Desktop Software is required to update the software on your device.
