Is there a way to change it back to default or can someone tell me what its supposed to be at so I can change it back to where its supposed be and then I'll create my own custom setting?

I recently upgraded to a 4S from a iPhone 4. I had previously purchased and downloaded ringtones to personalise my contacts which are no longer on the new iPhone 4S. When I try and download the ringtone again from iTines, it is asking me to pay again. Is there a way to re-download previously purchased ringtones? I run iTunes on a Windows 7 machine. My previous iPhone 4 was synced with iTunes on a Windows Vista machine.

Anyone know where I can download that ringtone bundle, or transfer from my 8330 (although the device memory sample ringtones are "read only")? Or, do I have to reload an OS. For the last few months, the phone will reboot as soon as I connect to a call. I don't think it's my car's Bluetooth since I never had an issue before but it's extremely annoying especially when I really need to make the call and it takes forever to reboot.
