So I use the Blackberry pearl 9100 and I have been trying to update blackberry app world from my computer to my phone, but it's not working it always tells me this: "The BlackBerry USB Driver is not installed. install the correct USB driver to download the application." And my USB is plugged in and it's making me angry because it not working
I was searching through the forum for a solution and I think I tried almost all.The problems is this mensage when I try to connect my BB pearl 9105(vodafone portugal) to app world: "An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again."I have disable on security option the encryption, the firewall..I replaced the OS 5 again 2 times.I changed my web browser to chrome.I tried to update for OS 6 through the loader(and delete the xml file) doesn´t appear any option for update the OS...I used the factory default option.I saw many solutions but until now none have solved my problem.Does anybody can help to solve my problem?
I've downloaded the new BlackBerry OS6 software for my Pearl 9105, however, since then, I can't access App World, when selected it just gets stuck, BlackBerry Protect is also having problems, I get the error message 'Error starting net_rim_bb_dryad_gui: Symbol 'Security.device UnderAttack' not found.'
I've uninstalled App World and reinstalled but still have the same problem.
The version 3.1.1.21 for the BlackBerry App World is not working for my BlackBerry Pearlâ„¢ 3G 9105. The problem is that I cannnot fully access to the app, because it frozes! Furthermore (and consequently I think) my network does not work anymore. I mean that the browser web is ok (and I can surf, even if at low speed), but all the applications do not work properly. And even when I am trying to download the official app world (again) from the official site it won't work. To download 2MB it will take all night long! This is not possible. Another example: the maps are not working anymore and the roads appear after a long time. It is not a problem of the mobile carrier!!! What should I do? I am desperate because I cannot use my phone anymore! I also tried to return to the previous version of the app but the problem hasn't disappeared yet!
I tried to re-install the software (v. 6.0.0.668) but had the same problem. Then tried again and deleted the file "Device" from C/Program Files/Common Files/Research In Motion/AppLoader (not the "vendor" file because it does not exist). But anything happened! Thought it would have re-installed the previous version of the App World but it did not! I am really desperate because I do not know what to do.
I have the BB Pearl 8120 set. I could not transfer files via usb cable connected to my laptop. I have already installed the black berry desktop software. when i go to Media Manager, it shows the folders of documents, pictures, videos etc saved on my handset but when i double click the folder to view its contents, the software does not work. As guided by black berry helpline rep. I switched on the Media card support, Mass storage and selected 'Prompt' in the Auto enable Mass Storage media on my handset. can u guide me how I can transfer files from my handset to my laptop.
I've bought the pearl 8120 which does say it has instant messaging. However there is no bb app world on it at the minute and as I just tried to download it from google I get the message 'your device does not meet the system requirements to support bb app world'. How do I get the system requirements? I only bought it for bb messenger.
I recently went to a concert and took a load of videos on my camera but can't figure out how to transfer them onto my phone. I realise I'll have to change the formatting but I wasn't sure how to do that (everything I've looked at has told me to download programmes or buy apps to do this), and then afterwards, how to actually get them onto my phone.Â
My Blackberry 8100 won't download mms. It will receive it but won't come through completely. I thought it was a signal problem but even with full bars it won't work. I was wondering if there's any way to fix this and also I have the latest software. Ever since I updated it it will not download mms.
everytime i click the link to download the application on bb app world it and connect my device to the laptop...it shows the error that the potection is enabled on the device, disable it n try again. even though the password isnt even enabled on my device. no type of protection is enabled...
I have paid apps that are indicating there are updates available in the App World store. When I try to download the update I get the following message "[program name] not available for download from app world". Has anyone else had this problem? If so how do/did you fix it. I'm on att v5.0.0.405.

The app is not showing up in the "My World" as downloaded. But when I go to re-download the "Score Mobile" app, it does not give me the option to download it. The download button does not come up for this app on my phone. I was wondering how to fix this and be able to download the app. I have a BB Curve 9380.

i have turned off the content protection, but still get this message to turn off the content protection whenever i try to download something from blackberry app world?
I'm being locked out from my BB I'd after 3 failed attempt to login. Now I can't download anything frm App world, coz everytime I'm asked 2 login, it said 'there is error in current session. Please login to continue', but problem is I can't login. Even when I tried 2 update my BB Id from option/device/blackberry Id, it responses w/ 'unable to update your blackberry I'd information'. So, what should I do?
I have upgraded to BB app world 2.0.1.12 from 1.x and regret it. The new app world requires the BB owner to set up a BB id in order to login and download applications. This is not working for me. I get authenticated but then the application is not downloaded. The screen gets stuck on the "Loading..." window. When I press escape a text comes up that "I have to agree to terms and conditions... ".but I have never been asked to agree. I pretty annoyed at this and find it all rather useless this app world upgrade.

I have problems down loading the bb app world it had a error so I rebooted it and now I lost every thing including the bb app world now I am trying to download it again from computer an it comes up with :

my Bb 8100 is working good and I can use internet, mails, pin.The problem is that I can`t download any application or program such facebook, app world, msn.Any time I wanted to download something any of the following notes appeared (similar to this since I originally has the phone with spanish language)
-The policy of TI doesn`t allow third persons downloads (la politica de TI no permite descargas de terceros)
-This phone doesn`t admit facebook (este dispositivo no admite facebook)
I`ve been suggested that the problem could be consequence of a previous block that any company has done. This phone belonged to a company that had done some blocks on applications. I`d need to know what I can do to solve this problem but a "step by step" indication as I am not familiar with Blackberry really.
I would like to purchase and download the new instaphoto application for a blackberry pearl 8110 but i do not have mobile internet at the moment. & when I tried to purchase it it required for me to have the radio on but like I said, there's no internet. Is there a way i can still purchase/download the app and import it to my bb using the blackberry desktop manager/software?
