Playbook has been connecting to Pearl emails through Bridge for months but is suddenly failing. It still connects to contacts, memopad, tasks etc on Pearl with no problem, but tries to open emails, then fails to populate. It flashes on and off constantly with green waiting symbol circling.

However, although the email, text and BBM alert icons appear on the PlayBook they cannot be opened. The Bridge contacts and calender will also not open on the Playbook.When attempting to open Text messages on the PlayBook the notice "Text Messages was disabled by IT policy" is displayed. There is no IT Policy in place.When attempting to open BBM on the PlayBook the notice "You must accept the BlackBerry Messenger Licence Agreement on your smartphone to use BBM on your PlayBook". It always goes into driver installation mode. No matter how many times I have reinstalled the driver, it doesn't detect the playbook. WiFi connection works though. The USB connection fails.

When I goto to setup I can connect, and it appears to connect, then when I goto the main screen it is not connected. My playbook is a few months old (and I have connected to many Wifis) and I recently updated (mid-feb) to the new operating system, but it has been working fine until yesterday.

But I do not receive all my emails on my iPhone, and this is a problem. Question: How can I make my iPhone receive ALL of my emails?
Prior to my use of Microsoft Exchange I used Earthlink as my email server/ISP, and I had similar issues; that is, some emails were not received on my iPhone, but were received on Earthlink, and were downloaded to an earlier version of Outlook on the same PC.

I have an LG G4 and am having problems with wifi. When I turn wifi on from settings, I get a message saying Turning wifi on....and it just stays there and doesn't ever connect or show available networks. I have tried multiple tips, tricks, and FAQ pages from many sites including this one with no luck. I know the wifi networks are working as other devices connect with no issue. I have tried it at home, work, an din public places that have wifi and no luck. I have checked date and time, I have turned airplane mode on and off, I have restarted, all that good stuff.

Using the same credentials as previously used (before belle) the exchange account refuses to connect.Keep getting "Invalid Exchange ActiveSync credentials. Check credential settings."I am using Nokia C6 and before I upgraded to belle (both with symbian and anna) I was able to sync my calendar and emails.But, after the upgrade I started to get the error.Recently I purchased my N8 for my wife and I thought I should try it out again on the N8 (that does not have the belle upgrade yet). The activesync worked like a breeze.Our company certificates require user to setup the phone lock code active. I was forced to do that on N8 as soon as I setup the activesync.But with belle, if I turn the phone lock off, it doesn't even prompt me for that. Right now I have the two phones setup exactly the same (with the lock code active). The N8 connects and syncs up just fine and C6 does not.

I've reset both my router and the phone plenty of times, I've checked my WEP passkey (We use WEP as my mum's Vista laptop doesn't seem to want to touch WPA), and well, we have had many devices on the router without issue so I doubt it's that. I've also tried disconnecting some devices from it to make sure the router isn't full up.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm having problems connecting OVI to a Nokia N8-00 handset via Bluetooth. The Add New Device wizard is able to detect the phone but when selecting it from the list and proceeding it stays on "Checking the Bluetooth capabilities of your device." for some 20 seconds after which it eventually fails with the error of "Failed to connect to your device. Problems occurred while authorizing the Bluetooth connection between your device and computer."
I've verified that both devices are configured as authorized by their respective counterpart. Also tried to remove the pairing from both the laptop and phone and re-pair them again - same problem. I am able to sync the phone with OVI via USB no problem. I am also able to use my OVI with another Nokia phone (E72) via Bluetooth without any issues. This points me to a possible problem with Bluetooth on the N8 phone itself but I don't have any way to prove it.

When I plug into my laptop it doesn't find the device memory in windows. Also, when I plug into media sync it doesn't find my blackberry. Desktop manager always find my blackberry and window always finds my media card. Does anyone know what to do about this?

After the Denim update the phone will sometimes connect, and then after 1 or 2 successful connections, it will fail to connect although it still shows as paired. A reboot or re-pairing usually solves the issue and the cycle repeats.
my .me email account fails to work for a few hours. The phone is set to check my emails every 15 minutes, and when the failure happens I get the yellow triangle and the message that the account name or password is incorrect. If I just wait for anything from one to six hours it starts updating again. All this time my aol accounts & gmail accounts sync fine. Does not matter if I am in one place for this time, or travelling and so passing through many different cells. The failure can happen any time of day or night. During these times my .me account is accessible via my laptop & ipod Touch.

This time when I switched cards (devices) from the US to the Belgian one, it started to duplicate the incoming (and also sent) emails from my Gmail account to the device I switched back to the US SIM and it's still duplicating emails.
