View 1 Replies View RelatedI do not get an voicemail notification on my 8350i. Sprint sent me a new one yesterday, opened up....same thing. Brought it to Sprint store / repair center, worked on it for 2 hours ( including software update), still nothing. I get no icon / no text telling me I have a message.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI just got my 8330 a week ago and I cannot figure out how to make an icon appear when I have a voice mail. My husband has the 8350 and he is notified under "messages" on his start screen that he has voice mail. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I'd really like to set it up like my husbands phone, but I would surely settle for an icon on my screen.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have the BB 8530. When I get a voicemail, a simple, white icon (a single line with a small circle at each end) appears in the top left of my screen, where the email & text notification icons also appear. In the past, once I check my voicemails, the icon goes away. But this time it has not. I have checked my voicemail several times and even erased all of my saved voice mails, but the icon will not go away! How can I get rid of it?

View 8 Replies View RelatedMy friend has the Curve 8530 on Verizon and OS 5.0.0.508. She has the data package, which Verizon requires, but does not have any data or e-mail accessability on her Curve. She has done battery pulls, resent routing tables, and gone in to the store. Each time she goes in they tell her it is a software issue and that there is not an update yet. Is anyone else having this issue? Are they just pulling her leg because they have no clue?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've read through the forums as best I could, deleted anything that had "vvm" in the /java folder, tried changing the "required" fields from true to false in the .alx file, and yet the visual voice mail is still there on my phone. Here's a screenie of my BBSAK "read system," showing that there is nothing with VVM on my phone, yet visual voice mail is still there, despite several restarts and different fixes. I'm running a T-Mobile Curve 8520 with .592.
