I backed up all the data from my Bold and now i can't get all my contact details from my PC. It tells me to turn off the wireless sync on my Curve, although I'm following what it says, the options I'm supposed to see aren't there!
I need to turn off wireless sync on my 9370 so that my Blackberry Desktop Software will sync Contacts along with Calendar, etc., when I connect with a wire.
I just upgraded to the latest version on my curve 9380 and now it does not allow me to sync. It's always something with these BB's. I'm really unhappy with BB in general...phones, apps, even support site. being able to sync after upgrade
I have the Blackberry Curve 8330.When the battery dies, I plug it in. After I turn it back on i get the symbol in the top right that says "off" which according to the starting guide book says "Your connection to the wireless network is turned off" The only way i can fix this is pulling the battery. Is there a way to get back on after my phone is charged besides pulling the battery??
Sync with Outlook is not working. So, updated to version 6.0 and keep getting directed to an options menu and told to "enable wireless syncronization" but there is no such option that I can find anywere. Wasted the day so far...
One of our users has Outlook contacts with multiple phone numbers (work, mobile etc.).His Blackberry is only synching the primary "work" phone number.we use wireless sync, on a BES.Some of his contacts appear to have come across with multiple numbers, but some not.

I just got the Curve 9300. I can't seem to sync the contacts and calendar with my Mac's BB Desktop Manager. It shows the message, "... turn off wireless synchronization by opening Address Book on the device... etc." There isn't such an option available.
My blackberry sprint curve 8330 is paired with blue tooth on our apple imac. I can transfer address book. I can not sync my calendar. I go to calendar i am using and press menu, but it won't let me turn on wireless sync? It only gives me the option of NO. What do I do now?
I've had my 8900curve a while now but I am only just connecting it to the computer and to the desktop manager. I want to sync it with my work outlook account and it works fine except it doesn't Auto Sync even though I have the option Enabled any thoughts? I can sync but I have to do it manually every time I connect the phone.
I've tried the S6 on the Google and Nokia wireless charging pads and the screen illuminates every few seconds. This is especially annoying at night. I don't have the option to keep awake while charging selected and this doesn't happen with the plug-in charger.
Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal? I also own a Nexus 6 and I don't have that issue with either charging pad.
For a long time I have just been syncing to outlook on my desktop. Now my job requires that I have wireless sync to the online calendar at work. Only my calendar syncs wirelessly. I can still sync notes, tasks, contacts to outlook.I would like to be able to do at least a one-way sync from device to outlook. I tried temporarily disabling the wireless sync on the calendar, but it didn't work. So, in a nutshell, how can I wirelessly sync to my work calendar, AND desktop sync to outlook at home.
My 9380 version 7.1os is unable to get 3gIt is not my carrier or sim card because I am on a data plan and my sim works well in a torch.I am getting 3g speeds. However I am still seeing edge on the top right screen. Even if I perform a manual search for available networks I am only finding 2g. But when I put my sim in a bb torch os6 and do the search I will get both 2g and 3g.Because of this I cannot use the mobile hotspot option as well.I have tried almost everything my carrier has told me to do.
I cannot take new pictures on my phone. It say's..file not found..I confirm and then it asks for new file name..I've tried many options but to no avail..
I bought new unlocked Curve 9380 via e-bay. When i install sim card into the phone, i have incoming message: Your device are registered. 3G and BB logo are signed on display. BIS service has alredy running in to the my account. But the applications, brouser and email do not work. I called to my cell operator and tell him for my issue. They asked me to come to their offices and to test my phone. Later, they were told that this phone is not visible on the server RIM.
I have aquired new blackberry curve 9380, however if the device is in automatic mode (network selection), it has a problem of handing over from 2G to 3G but if i select 2G only I do not have such problem.
I bought a new BB 9380 and my old BB was 9780 so I just wanted to know that how can I a app called I'm+talk from my old BB to my new BB. I have watched many videos to transfer app from any BB to any BB through Blackberry Desktop Manager but I didn't get how to transfer one app because they all transferred all the apps.
My curve 9380 is hanging again n again dono why? I am using excessive messages thru it. Do it affects the performance of a cellphone? It has started few days back only.
I am getting a error on my Curve stating "could not open the camera, close other aplications and try opening the camera again" it was still working a couple of days ago. I only noticed a problem after upgrading Wikitude to the latest. Now my camera will not work at all. I reloaded the OS and deleted Wikitude and I am not sure wether it is Wikitude. I do know that some have hade problems loading the ap and it came up with the same type of error. I did not drop my phone and the camera was working till that upgrade.
I am on a 250Mb allowance contract but don't know how to check how much data I have used so far. I am on Orange and I spoke to an advisor who said its best to reset the counter every month but I cant seem to find the counter.

My Curve 9380 is emitting a noise like if it's the processer that's continually running even after switching it off. I've Rebooted it and the noise is gone now. Any Idea what might cause this to happen?
i have recently purchased a 9380. good phone but very few apps available. many apps that i used on my old 9300 are not available viz., Blackberry travel, accuweather, ICE, Make my trip, QR code scanner Pro, The Times of India, The Weather Channel, Vlingo, VR+ Voice Recorder,Whats App, World Mate and many more. whats worsse is that many of these apps have been paid for and are now useless. newer apps that have been released such as The Economic Times are not available for this device. so then whats the use of 'upgrading' to a new phone. will Blackberry please wake up and set this right.
