I have a Blackberry Curve 8520. Somehow, when I press the button that is supposed to bring me to my apps, it won't show anything. It just stays on my home screen. Does anyone know a way on how to get them to show, because I have important files in my notes app.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded to a Torch 9810 with OS7 on it. Started installing apps (did a clean install of Apps instead of installing from a backup or anything), but when I went to run the app, I couldn't find it in the All tab. But when I go into Options>Device>Apllication Management, it shows the program installed. So tried to install several other apps and the same thing happened.
So I had taken a picture of something and went to the Media tab to view the pictures. And lo and behold, there were all the Apps I installed, in the Media tab. So tried to move them to the All tab and it would let me, only allowed me to move the App to a different location on the Media tab, not to any other tab.
So first, how do I get the Apps to install in the correct folder? And second, how do I move the Apps I do have installed to a different tab?
All of my apps show up in iTunes and I can see the layout of the 3 pages worth of apps icons. After syncing, some app icons are still not showing up on the iPhone. I've tried Reset Home Screen Layout, Reset ALL, Restrictions disable.

My daughter, my son, and myself all have iPhones on the same plan. When my daughter downloads apps they show up on my sons phone. Also any of my pictures on my phone are showing up on my sons phone. What is the reason for this? Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening?Â

The problem is that both show approximately 250mb ram for my iphone4-16GB, (the figure was acquired after adding: free, wired, active and inactive RAM values together.) Does anyone else have the same problem? Is it an app problem or even worse a fried ram chip ?

But when I went into Settings> Cellular > Use Cellular Data For:Â It only showed up several apps that I use, not all the apps that I use and are on my phone and I know they obviously use data.Â

View 2 Replies View RelatedPhone, FaceTime and Find My Friends in iOS show full names of your contacts. I cannot find a setting to show nicknames instead. You can show nicknames instead of full names in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Short Name > Prefer Nicknames only for Messages, but not for Phone, FaceTime and Find My Friends. I know editing the contacts would do the job. But it would be very dodgy as nobody's first or last name is 'Mum', 'Uncle Bob' or 'Shaggy'. Is there a way to show nicknames instead of full names in Phone, FaceTime and Find My Friends?

I have a question/problem. I set my home screen theme to "Shortcuts bar" and i try to see the five bars that appears In the "home screen" adjust menu. I mark the 5 options but in the home screen only appears the "Shortcuts bar" and the "Search" bar. I can't see the "Music player", "Radio" and "Calendar" bars. Somebody knows why?
View 12 Replies View RelatedAfter disabling "Show Notification" for apps on SD card, reboot the phone, this setting will become re-enabled. It seems the setting does not stick for apps on SD.
I've tested these steps but no luck:
- disable it, move it to SD, reboot.
- disable it, reboot, move it to SD, reboot.
- move it to SD, disable it, reboot.
Not sure if this is a bug or limitation of Lollipop. I'm using 5.0.2 on D6653 (build # 23.2.A.1.62).

I am trying to troubleshoot and I don't remember what the last few apps are that I installed. Is there any way to show the date and time that an app was installed? It seems that they can only be sorted by size or alphabetically. If not, are there any apps that do this? Is it even possible with android?

I have recently updated my Bell Atrix to the latest version that came out. I did it OTA and everything went great. Some applications appear much smaller on the screen than they should. For example WeatherEye appears as if it were zoomed out. It also happens the same way with Swiftkey X beta, which shows up about 1/2 as big as it should.

When I select that app/game, it does not give me the option to update, only "open" or "uninstall". This is not crucial but pretty annoying considering I like to keep everything on my device (including apps/games) updated to the most current version.
