Can anyone help please. I have Curve 9320, only just got this so all is new. My daughter has sent me a picture on text and it is not retrieving. I click for it to download and nothing happens. This is now 5 hours ago since she sent it.

It lets me select send by text message and then looks like it is sending but then a red cross confirms message not sent? also when I recieve a message that a picture is enclosed it refers me to a web page to view it. Now onto my BB I have now with Sprint.. I can't figure out how to send pix msgs with pix that I've taken and are in my phone. As well when someone sends me a pix message I have to go to the wed on my phone to receive it?

My laptop was definitely connected to the internet because I was browsing while trying to update. The Desktop Manager itself recognises that it is connected to the internet, because it scanned for updates for itself on the internet and updated succefully. But when it came to downloading updates for my blackberry handset. It became oblivion to the fact that it was connected to the internet and kept giving me this senseless error report!
If I get a text message with an image, it just says downloading and it never appears. I am on AT&T.

I received a text message with a picture (ya know, one of those possibly WBMP format ones).After 15 minutes now, I'm still shocked to have found no way to save that picture.
