Apr 21, 2012Starting tonight (4/28/12) attempts to download an app (free app) result in requests for "confirmation questions and answers" but these questions are not asked when obtaining the same app using iTunes on a PC.This occurs after the password is requested and entered, but it really smells like phishing, especially since the same is not asked within iTunes on the PC for the same account.I tested with attempts to download other apps and the same thing happens after the password is requested.this is a new and valid requirement, there needs to be an option to meet the requirement on a PC in iTunes because of the difficulty that some of us have inputing info on a iPhone or iTouch.

Apr 15, 2012When I download an app from the app store, after I give my apple id password, it will tell me 23 apps cannot be downloaded at this time (including whatsapp and some others..) I don't need to download these apps and there is no update for whatsapp.. so I don't understand why it will redownload these apps all the time. right now I'm trying to reinstall the OS but I fear that when I reset my backup the problem will continue...

Nov 18, 2011Yesterday i perform factory reset to my phone. Because of previously i received "Package file invalid" issue. Today i try to update my phone apps and try to download new apps on Android market over the HSDPA connection (3G). If i click Update All or single app update button or new apps Download buttons nothing happen only display "Downloading" progress bar, then i wait more than 30 minutes so not download and update. So i clear caches and data on Android market apps, download agent and restart phone and again try. But still i face this issue. So how do i fix it?I already disable automatic restore feature in Android phone privacy setting. As a result of this issue i can't update and download new apps.

Oct 19, 2015On my Galaxy S4, I had 360 security and I loved it. This app kept my phone running just the way I liked, and it also remove all the garbage apps I will never use. When I upgraded to the S6, one of the first apps that I downloaded was 360, however, whenever I attempt to delete the unwanted apps, the message I get is:
"This function cannot be used at the moment. 360 Security has not been granted root access."

May 3, 2012I plugged my iPhone into my laptop to do a simple update of my playlist, but a message flagged up saying I had to retore and download the new iOS 5.1 update before carrying on (I know i've left the update late, just havent had the time!) My phone was restarted and all my contacts revived but whenever I try and download all my new and old music, it just wont let me? I've tried everything, using a different lead, using a different USB port, turned my phone on and off but nothing is happening. The iTunes screen says the music has been downloaded but my phone has nothing on. Also, only 385 of my 1000 photos have been restored, how do I get the rest on? I really really dont want to lose them!

Aug 23, 2014I recently bought an iphone 5c (3-4 months ago). Up untill about a week ago, everything was working fine but now I can't download applications over cellular data.
On wifi, i can dowload things fine and my data is working fine (i can use safari, email, imessage, whatsapp ect. without any issues) but when i click on install, i see this circle turning. When i go to my springboard, i can see an icon but it has no image on it and says "waiting" under it, and after about a minute it dissapears...
My iphone IS running the lastest version of ios (7.1.2, non-jailbroken) and apart from a few battery issues, no other problems with the iphone.
