I can send and receive text messages as well as call people perfectly fine yet I cannot activate BIS. I tried to set up a BIS email online and was told that I needed to register my handset to the network carrier. Upon going to the Host Routing Table I have no entries and when I click 'register now' it tells me that the message has been sent yet I receive absolutely nothing back and no changes.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just synched my phone to my PC. When I look at my calendar (outlook) on my PC I can only see some of my calendar entries, not all of them. I've narrowed this problem down to the fact that when I make calendar entries on my phone it offers me the option to send the appointment from my desktop, my work e-mail or my personal e-mail. All entries sent via the desktop are now showing on my PC outlook calendar. However, all entries sent via my work or personal e-mails are not showing on my PC outlook calendar. How can I synch these other e-mail appointments with my PC?
View 7 Replies View RelatedI am currently using a BB Curve 8520. I am experiencing an issue with sharing birthday entries with my BBM Groups. When I add a birthday entry to my phonebook contacts, the phone will prompt you whether or not you will share this date with the BBM Groups Calendar.
If I select NO, the birthday entry will still BE SHARED to your BBM Groups.
So I have to go to the BBM Groups calendar to manually delete the entry created.
Does anyone know how I can set my calendar to display the current days entries to show on the home screen? This is a much needed feature that I require.

I uploaded an update of the Facebook App, now all of my entries are gone in the calendar that were in sync with my gmail address. I have the 8350 model and prior to this all calendar entries were saved to my email for gmail- this gmail option has disappeared in the CICAL drop down the only option available is Facebook. I tried to uninstall the Facebook App however that leaves no option for Default Service for the calendar, so the option for default service for my calendar is completely removed.How can I go back to the original settings for my calendar and is it possible to retrieve prior/future entries from the now blank calendar?

It's just started deleting past entries (anything over 24 hours) even though my settings are to "keep forever". I have contacted my service provider and they said it's because I've run out of memory and calender entries and text messages are low priority. Is there anyway to ensure they don't get deleted? Is there anything I can do (other then set the texts to keep for only 15 days - already done) to ensure I always have enough memory? Is there anyway to recover my deleted entries? I don't have it synched to my computer or outlook.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a bb curve 8300 from sprint and for 4 times in a row with two phones, i have an error message that pops up after taking out the battery. every time i get it the sprint store resets the phone and wipes all my contacts and calendar entries. this is getting very frustrating and making me want to get rid of my blackberry even though i like it a lot. once i get the error message is says resent under it and if you press it, it looks like its starting up again but then the error message comes up and that it. it just does it over and over again.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have an issue with the way PC suite works and having tried OVI I find it no better, generally the sync is not working in that the PC suite contacts list does not mirror the entries in Outlook. OK I've checked all the settings.Whatever the problem is I can live with it but what gets me is that there does not seem to be any way of getting Nokia to own up and offer any help, unless I'm missing the point here. Surely as the creators of the software they should be offering help to solve the problems of faulty software. All the entries in the forum seem to come from intersted users of the product not the originators.

My last phone was a Curve and I sync'ed my calendar with Google Calendar - not a good idea. I soon discovered that my entries were being deleted (even though they were tagged to stay in the calendar Forever).About a year ago I shifted to the Bold 9790.A good phone, everything is fine, EXCEPT, my calendar entries are still being deleted.Is there any solution for this?I use my calendar religiously to store appointments and am finding my history being deleted. Only the re-curring calendar entries seem to survive this techno-cull.

We are using MS Exchange 2003 SP2 and Blackberry Entriprise Server- 4.1 We have checked from online and got many solution, but its not working.
We have checked cdo.dll version and found different version between Exchange and BES. We have copied from Exchange to BES, registerad cdo.dll, then restart BES services, but unfortunately its not working.
The calendar entries are disappearing. I have Keep Forever checked. I generally have between 12-20 MB free app space; right now it's at 19. None of my tasks, emails or SMS/MMS are disappearing, only my calendar entries from previous months.
I use the Storm's calendar as my client scheduling tool -- I NEED to know when I last saw clients for my quarterly and year end reports. I use Nice Office as a CRM and backup -- but when I asked them, they looked into the sync and said the delete was coming from the BB itself, not from them. I do not use Outlook, as I don't run on Windows.

I currently owned a iPhone 3G but just recently purchased a iPhone 4s. I updated my new phone and after checking all of my info was updated onto my new phone. The next day I went to go look up a entry in my calendar and discovered all of my entries before march were not there. I know that they were when I updated my iPhone the night before. So since, I've tried manually entering all my old entries but when I do and get out of my calendar it disappears! This is extremely fustrating and important that I can enter all the old entries.

i just bought a unlocked Blackberry Tour 9630 from Verizon on ebay, it doesn't have WiFi so I have to use the 3G internet. I now have a challenge when I sync my phone to my calendar because somehow I end up having duplicate entries of events. The entries show up on my microsoft exchange calendar and on my personal calendar as well.
