Coming from a Samsung Galaxy S Droid this is such an improvement.The Curve is doing everything beautifully except I can't send a picture in a text.I can email them, send them to Twitter and Facebook but no texting.All texts without pictures work fine. This is kind of a big deal to me as I do this a lot.

Jul 14, 2011My text have just stopped sending ive had this trouble before many times but always went back to normal after a reboot, but now it wont come back i have tried, resetting the whole phone, battery pull, normal reboot, updating OS, deleting loads of stuff and nothing wants to work i done my centre number thing again and still nothing, as i said before i just rebooted and it was fine now its been about 2 weeks with no way of texting, and when i try to send a message it just says UNIDENTIFIED SUBSCRIBER, with a red cross next to it, i can still recieve texts though.

Sep 26, 2010I recently purchased a Blackberry Curve 8300 from my friend the phone is unlocked to any network, in which i have an o2 UK sim inside, it loads up and the o2-UK logo comes up with a full signal GPRS (in capital letters) but i cannot send texts or make calls and i cannot receive them either.I have tried numerous battery pulls and soft soft resets to no avail, i have update to 4.5 software also, i really like the phone and don't want to have to throw it in the bin:I have registered through the Host Routing Table and received the confirmation email.I have the radio on the phone switched on.I can access the internet and receive e-mails.I can access BB Messenger.

Jan 24, 2012So my N79 is refusing to let me send text messages on the grounds that "Text Message: Not enough memory to perform operation. Please delete some data first". So I went through and got rid of a heap of stuff - songs, videos the kinda things that are big files, and still no change.
My phone memory has 368kb free and my memory card has 3734 mb of free memory.Was working perfectly fine yesterday with more data and my phone stores about 1000 messages pretty easily, several videos, songs etc..

Feb 15, 2012When sending text messages, it seems as if I receive a message as I'm sending one, or, if I send multiple messages too quickly, one or more of my outgoing messages will fail, and I will get the message "Text Message Not Sent". If I do get the error message, the recipient may or may not receive the message. Often times I will have to Resend Message (by long pressing the failed message) multiple times for it to finally send. Afterward, I will get a message from the recipient that they got multiples of the same message from me, and I have to explain that it claimed it failed, and I just wanted to make sure they got it. Other times, they will NOT get multiple messages.
I've done a hard reset of my phone, and it made no difference, so I'm assuing that it will require some sort of update. Also, it does NOT happen in only one area (or tower), it happens regardless of my physical location, and regardless of signal strength.I can reproduce it by sending myself (creating a new message with my phone number in the TO field) multiple messages quickly. If I quickly send, say, 5 messages, each having a number (1, then 2, then 3, etc) in them, I will not get all of them. At least one will fail, often 2 or 3.
