How to get photos from my fone to my laptop and get music from my laptop to my fone been trying for weeks and cant seem to get it....ive got all the software on my laptop and try to go to media manager ..i get my fotos on but cant store them ..
View 1 RepliesI have BB Desktop Software V5 Bundle 1626 and have been unable for the last 2 versions to synchonize my photos from either device memory or the memory card. When I click on Media Sync/Pictures it doesn't show any photos at all. I read that it is suggested to go back to the version that used Roxio but that version always crashed my computer so that's not an option for me. How do I get my photos from my bb to my laptop? I certainly don't want to have to email them all.
View 2 Replies View RelatedSeveral weeks ago, I installed Blackberry Desktop software on my PC. In the process, I inadvertently upgraded to release 6.0 Device software. Hated it. Found instructions on line to remove it and download 5.0 again. Now I am unable to copy pictures, taken since then, from my BB to my PC. Before installing the desktop software, I did this manually using Windows software. Now Windows can't see any pictures I took after the device software change. I also can't find them using the BB Desktop Manager. how I can fix this so I can find these pictures and move them to my PC?

However you can send those pictures via whatsapp immediately and these pictures gets saved in the picture folder or can been seen in the folder only after a week. it does not happen in any another BB.

I noticed today that when I looked in my pictures, a lot of the ones I've 'deleted' actually showed up in the folder - or at least the thumbnail did. When I tried to open it properly I got the message 'unable to display file'. Is there any way I can get these pics back? Clearly they're in the phones system somewhere. I've done the media - explore - media card - pictures - show hidden etc but it still doesn't let me access them fully.
