My BB Curve 8520's battery charges so slow. I thought that maybe my battery is just so drained since I usually charge when my battery is dead.But i have noticed that in the succeeding days, it really charges so slow. And today, as i speak, is the worst.I have started charging at 10am and until now (time here in the Philippines is 3:30pm), it is still low battery. Thus, it has been 5 hours of charging.

Twice in the past week it seems like the charger (OEM Blackberry Wall Charger) actually killed the battery when charging overnite !! Put it on charger overnite as usual and the first time it happened i looked at the phone in the morning and it said something like "shutting down due to low battery" Put it on the car charger and finally powered back up but then would not recognize the media card, had to do a battery pull to get it back. Couple days later got some wierd "OS system failure" message in the morning but this time didn't lose the media card. Both times when i left the phone it showed that it was charging. Haven't left it on overnite anymore but seems to be fine when i use the charger for a short period.
View 4 Replies View RelatedMy 32gb iPhone 5 died on me and I plugged it in so it can charge and nothing happened for the longest time. After several hours it was charged to 35% and it kept charging really slow. The phone would also get really warm, more warm if I tried using it while it was charging. When I would unplug it, it would die really fast or would jump down 10-20%, with little to no use at all, in a few minutes and when I plug it in it jumps up to the percent it was at and then continue charging very slowly. I'm using a wall socket with the apple chord and the apple power adapter, and I have turned it on and off. me figure out what is wrong and how I can possibly fix it?Â
I can't find this similar problem in other forums, I don't have time to drive to downtown to ask an apple employee and since it is over a year they won't do anything to fix it anyway, can't chat with customer service because I have to pay 20 bucks and it is not worth it. Apple needs to make better products and get better customer service.

I just picked up the iPhone 3gs on Monday and have two questions that. Forgot to find out before I got the phone. I bought a white iPhone 3gs and wanted to know is the phone still plagued with overheating and discoloration problems? Second question I am wondering if I buy a mophie juice pack air a coupple of months would that negatively affect my battery on the iPhone. What I mean by this is I heard that aged four hundred complete charges and draining of the iPhone battery the phones battery only holds 80% of the charge it use to. My question is does using a charger help increase time it takes the iphont to reach 400 chargeres quicker than it would if I did not use the charger?

When I plug in the wall charger, the phone fails to recognize that I plugged it in. No charging message, no beep, nothing. I hold a Nokia Lumia 800 phone. When I try to charge my phone using the electric/wall charger, the phone indicates that it is getting charged, however it isn't! The Diagnostics application confirms this. The phone does charge fine through my laptop.

I usually plug into a computer whenever I am at work or a lot of time at home, but I have recently discovered that I cant charge off my wall adapater anymore. I have tested multiple wall chargers, as well as multiple cables, and while they all work on a computer USB port, and the chargers can charge all my other devices fine (including a HP Touchpad that has higher power reqs than the phone), the phone refuses to charge off the wall. I have gone into the Android recovery and did a factory reset as well as clearing the cache, but no go.

We have a BB wall charger (not 3rd party). It works perfectly with my Bold 9700 and it used to work with the Torch as well.All of a sudden it started not to charge the Torch (wall charger). You plug it in and there is no response from the phone whatsoever.But, if you plug it to your PC/Laptop it charges through the USB power.Another thing we noticed is that it no longer gives you any options like "usb drive" "sync media" or "charge only". Also, it is a bit wiggly on the phone side (fitting of the microUSB plug). It wasn't as wiggly before the problems, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious physical damage or any reason for a damage (as much as we know).

This makes me think the myriad micro-USB cables and chargers I have at home, in my car, and at work (where I usually charge via USB) aren't going to work w/my Bionic, including a charging station/organizer I have conveniently located in my kitchen.
