After my battery reach 45-50% it shuts off automatically and when i plugged the charger the battery is at 0%. i replaced the battery already but i dont think it is a battery problem.

I've noticed that when I use the TomTom app on my iPhone while plugged into my Griffin Powerjolt SE, the battery will actually drain. It seems to drain more slowly than when the iPhone isn't plugged in at all, but nevertheless it drains. From 100%, my phone recently dropped to about 75% for an hour and a half car ride. If I just leave the phone in sleep or playing the iPod, the phone charges. Is this something anyone else has observed? Is there a fix for this?
Also, I'm realizing now that I've always been plugging into the cigarette lighter since that's closest to the dash. Should I be plugging into the socket labeled 12V Power Port?
So I have a blackberry 9300 that I use on the Mobilicity network. My charging port broke off that, so I have been using an older 8520 with no sim card to charge my 9300Usually, I just pop the battery out and put it into the older one, and it charges in about an hour. The last time I did this was on Friday. Last night, I tried charging my battery using the same method, and it stopped working. The phone recognized that it was plugged in (it changed screens to the clock) but the phone then freezes and doesn't charge.I googled around today, and reinstalled the OS through my PC (Desktop software recognized it and let me do it) but it still didn't charge. I know its getting some power because its still on, and its super red battery level.

I have checked out the charge on the battery i.e. is it below 5-10% charge, when i believe everything gets disabled to save the battery.Policies have been applied to the curve, one of which is to disable connection to pc's, could this be having an affect does anyone know?

9700 Blackberry decided to turn itself off as it was plugged into the charger. Now it won't turn on fully. It gets 2/3rds of the way along the horizontal loading line then turns off . Red light comes on for a few seconds then the phone tries to start again and the process repeats. I've removed battery and sim but doesn't change anything.
View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter I came home from work yesterday I decided to go charge my BB, but unfortunately what would always happen was that whenever I plugged in the charger, a red light would appear to blink on my BB and it wouldn't turn on or work, I then decided to let it charge over night to see if that would do the trick. Later this morning I checked on my Torch again to find out that it wouldn't even turn on still. I tried connecting it to the computer to see if it could charge from there but no luck was found. do a quick pull out of the battery and put it back in to see if a reboot would fix the problem, no luck. They then told me to do the same thing, only this time when the red light appears I'd hold the space button so that the BB would boot into safe mode, no luck. He then told me too try to reload the OS of my BB through BB Desktop Manager. Too bad I couldn't even connect my handheld to my computer.
see if there's anything else that I could do that would fix my BB. Note that I'd like a way in which I don't need to wipe my BB's memory, since I haven't backed up the data yet(I just bought this 2 days ago). But if I have too, I will.

A couple weeks ago the Xoom stopped charging. I took it to work to look at it and then it just started charging at work. I brought it home and it was charging again at home too. I thought it must have been some fluke. Only now it is doing it again. I have tried dozens of outlets, and they work for any other device but not for the Xoom. It won't charge.
View 2 Replies View RelatedTwice in the past week it seems like the charger (OEM Blackberry Wall Charger) actually killed the battery when charging overnite !! Put it on charger overnite as usual and the first time it happened i looked at the phone in the morning and it said something like "shutting down due to low battery" Put it on the car charger and finally powered back up but then would not recognize the media card, had to do a battery pull to get it back. Couple days later got some wierd "OS system failure" message in the morning but this time didn't lose the media card. Both times when i left the phone it showed that it was charging. Haven't left it on overnite anymore but seems to be fine when i use the charger for a short period.
