Had an interrupted download from Desktop Services at the weekend and my phone has been "frozen" since with a screen message "app error 285 - reset". have tried reconnecting to Desktop Services to no avail - always connecting never connected.

When I do the reset, the phone cycles thru to the same error code. I did load a application prior to this problem, into the application folder...which may have corrupted some files?
