This is a new problem that I have been having. It is with a blackberry curve. I will make an outgoing call and it will say connected, but there is no ring. When the person i am calling picks up i can hear them. I am not sure if I switched a setting?
View 7 RepliesI already configure the incoming calls ring of my blackberry 8320 and it doesnt ring at all, i did activate the speakerphone and nothing, just the heaset is working and also vibrate, but not ringtones when somebady is callling me.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm having a issue with my android phone (Google Nexus 5) & bluetooth system in my car. When I make an outgoing call it doesn't ring, the radio just continues to play. Once the person answers then they come over the car speakers. This just started a couple weeks ago. I've tried turn off "Ok Google" that hasn't fixed it.

I have many rigtones that i have made on my MC, I aslo understand the process of highlighting a contact in the address book & pushing the app button & selecting add custome ring tone. The problem is it gives me two options, (Device Memory & Preloaded Ring Tones) it doesn't allow me the option of searching the media card witch is where the rigtones that i want are stored. If I select edit contact, the option to assign ring tone is not there. Can anyone help?? (PS) I have searched the forums with no luck.

If I did a backup and restore, the problem returned. If I restored selectively through the BLackberry Desktop, database by database, the problem returned. Koodo Mobile and Blackberry escalated support was not able to figure this out.

My phone gets text messages and can receive calls at certain time but after a while if you try to make a call or send a text it won't go thru even though I have full bars or close to it.
Its weird I have service for like half an hour then suddently it stops. I have asked people with blackberrys who have verizon in the area and they aren't having any problems.
I have tried taking out the battery/Reset. It worked a few times but these last few days it has not solved the problem.
I already spoke to Verizon and they tried to do some troubleshooting with me.

I tested to see whether this happens to everyone I call by calling one of my coworkers and the call went through fine. This "off the hook" scenario has happened to me twice for two different numbers, and their phones are not off the hook. When I used my coworkers phone to call them it went right through. I do have service in the area I am at. I even have 3G. This has never happened to me on my Samsung S4 when I owned that. Why is this happening and only to certain numbers I call???
