BB Curve :: SIM Invalid - Incoming / Outgoing Calls Deactivated For Few Seconds
Nov 7, 2011
My Blackberry curve has been playing up ever since Blackberry had problems a few weeks ago. It keeps saying my sim is invalid and needs an unlock code. I also get messages saying my calls have been deactivated after only a few seconds incoming and outgoing. I have tried removing the battery and rebooting nothing seems to work.
When I call someone, or someone calls me, I cannot hear them, yet they can hear me. However I can hear them on speakerphone. I have checked the volume and it is always at its highest and yet it still doesn't work.
For the last few days all of my calls are breaking up on incoming and outgoing. At first I thought that it was the other person that I was talking to but after doing many calls, it is my phone. Is there anything I could do to get this problem solved?
Was on phone when my face dialed another number. I disconnected the face dial but killed the other call. When I dial out cannot hear ring or answer. Same thing on incoming call. Must have pressed something but do not know what.
I went to make a call yesterday (Monday) but there was no dial tone. The call was answered though I couldn't hear them. Thinking that I had no reception I made the call again at home, but without success. My partner called my phone (from the house phone) and when I picked up, there was no sound at all, not even crackling etc - there appears to be no connection at all when making and receiving calls. I have done a restore network, on my settings and the phone's software is up to date, though that hasn't changed anything.
Whenever i make and/or receive calls no one can hear me on the other line but I can hear them perfectly. I tried using the speaker and the headset but they can hear me whisper when I was talking perfectly clear. What do I do?
Can I record both incoming and outgoing calls on my iPhone 6 plus 64 gig without using an App Store app? If I need to use an app which one is the easiest to use? BTW, it is not illegal to record t/c in the country i reside.
I recently picked up a 9790 from Telus and I have noticed that it is randomly losing sound on outgoing and incoming calls. With outgoing calls it dials out fine and connects to who I am calling but I don't hear the ringing when the call goes out and I can't hear the person on the other end when it connects. When I receive a call I hear my ringtone but when I answer it I can't hear the person on the other end.The only way I can talk to someone when it is acting like this is to switch from headset mode to speaker.I played around with my phone and sound but could not find a fix. The only thing that works is a battery pull but even that is only temporary. So far the longest I can go is two days before I have to do another pull.
Any ideas on what could be wrong or should I just take the phone back and get a new one? I've heard this is actually an issue with the 9790 so I am a bit worried about replacing it when it could happen again.
My Sony Xperia Z3 Compact, with the latest updates, is dying _sometimes_, whenever I receive a call or dial someone. It is not always reproducible, but I managed to reproduce it while it was attached to LogCat, so here's the exception: Â 09-13 18:49:01.529: E/ACDB-LOADER(316): Error: ACDB AudProc vol returned = -19 09-13 18:49:01.814: E/ContactPhotoManager(31219): No contact photo service in context: com.android.incallui.InCallApp@1a85823f 09-13 18:49:01.832: E/AudioMixer(316): AudioMixer::getTrackName out of available tracks 09-13 18:49:01.832: E/AudioFlinger(316): no more track names available
When placing calls on my iPhone 4, I cannot hear incoming or outgoing calls unless I use the speaker. I have tried backing up the phone and resetting it but it was unsuccessful.
My Bold 9780 is having troubles with incoming and outgoung calls, almost everytime the phone freezes and I have to remove battery to restore funtioning.
During Incoming and Outgoing Calls, I have to activate the speaker phone for the person on the other line to hear me. Is this an issue that I can resolve myself (settings or physical dust) or do I need to send my phone in?
I Just bought a second hand iPhone 4S I am having issues with the hearing during incoming and outgoing calls, I have turned the volume up and checked my settings but I still have trouble hearing the other person speak. It works if it's on speaker or if I have headphones plugged in.
When I first got my N8-00 I had no problems at all, until 6 months later I dropped it from a height of 2ft. Then I got all the problems, automatically turning off and restarting 100 times a day etc, etc. I took it to my phone supplier who replaced it with a new one, that had the new Anna software installed. Since then whenever I get or make calls the screen goes totally blank.
It is really annoying as I cannot see who is calling or if the call has gone through. I have to manually unlock the phone to attend the call. Also having problems answering the calls as sometimes I have to press the answer button 3-4 times. Finally now 3 months after having this phone it has started turning off and restarting automatically, but only about once a week, so far. I have all the latest Anna updates but these problems still persist.
I got my new bold a month ago and have been having issues with the audio ever since I got it. I cannot hear when placing calls or when receiving. The caller can hear me but unless it's on speaker I cannot hear them. I've tried rebooting, network refresh, updating the software to 7.1 and it works for a little while and then back to not hearing anything.
I have an Iphone 4 and I just changed my number. After changing it ( last weekend) my phone has not let me receive or send texts or calls. Also, when I go to message settings on my phone my old number is still there and idk how to put in my new one. I have already tried resetting network settings. but that hasn't worked....
