BB Bold :: Getting A JVM Error 545 Message On Screen?
Jul 29, 2012
Why are my getting a JVM Error 545 message on my screen? I woke up this morning and my blackberry was switched off. I go to switch it back on, it starts powering up but then flashes this error reading.
A few weeks ago, my Blackberry got an error 507 screen overnight and I had to wipe the device. I am currently using the latest release of 5.0 and last night my phone was working fine. When I woke up this morning, my screen had the "App error 205" message on it. That is two failures in one month now and I have to go to work in a few minutes so I won't even have time to wipe my device to at least have a working phone for the day. Does anyone have an idea why this junk keeps happening?
I turned my phone on and it comes up with a white screen with the above message. I have tried taking the battery out but just comes back up with that message. When I try and connect my handset to desktop manager it states that it can't find device. I have tried to reset following instructions on here for the apploader but it wont work and comes up with the following ' The Blackberry Desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device that you have connected to the computer'.
My Bold is showing a white screen with no error message. Looks like LCD failure. Tried reloading software but did no difference. Started showing white display randomly, and comming back to normal. Now is permanent.Still is under 1 year manufacturer warranty. How can I get RIM to provide support under warranty. Who should I contact or call.?
I have a white screen with an error message stating `app error 523` tried everything including soft reset and hard reset + download from the blackberry site and still have the same problem?
Blackberry 9000 Bold version 5.0.1, using windows 7, Outlook 2010 Trying to synchronize after uploading all updates but getting error message after trying to configure calendar, tasks, address book and memo pad. New computer trying to get BB to sync for the first time.
Woke up today with my phone not switching on but having just the error message, APP ERROR 606 - RESET. I have tried to find a solution on website but to no avail.
What is this error message about and how do I make my phone working again?
When I try to text it sometimes goes through immediately but most times it tries with the red box and check mark and then it gives me a SMS error 97. Sometimes I get an SMS Error 0. I can no longer resend the message. This has never happend with any other blackberry I have had. It always tried to send the message until it got it through. While this is going on I still recieve e-mails and text messages. What is the problem and how can I address it?
I had a curve 8310 on o2 and moved to a bold 9700 still on o2.When i moved i used the desktop manager and did the device switch over, all went well including bbm etc. However whenever i tried to send an email i recieved the error message 'transaction error failure at service' - I tried to log into my bis account online to update my pin but i couldnt log on! i havent changed the password or username since my old blackberry so i cant log on to change it online. on my blackberry when i try to log on to email settings it says the username field is blank!
i called o2 they put me through to geek squad and wanted to charge me to help!!! I havent had the phone 2 weeks yet.Now i think that i need to call o2 again and ask them something like releasing my old pin maybe from my bis account or resetting the bis account, any ideas what i should do or the type of questions i need to ask o2 if i have to ring them again.
My Blod 9900 has been displaying an error message "JVM Error 517 Reset" for the past 48hours. I read in the forum that I need to Update software but I use desktop Manager 5.0.1 and each time I try accessing the App Loader it disconnects the device. Does this mean I need to get Ver. 6 Desktop manager.
Trying to download the application foursquare and there was a error. The error message that comes to the top of the screen reads "The application FourSquare has attempted to open a file connection which is not allowed by the application's permissions. OK" I press ok to get out of the error message and the message won't go away. I've tried reseting the phone by taking the battery out and restarting but the message always reappears.
My Blackberry is telling me I have inserted a new sim, which I haven't. When I input my login and password details it says they do not match the ones on my Blackberry account!
I just got my phone yesterday and everything seems great apart from an annoying little problem! When I am on the home screen there is a flashing message icon in the top right hand screen and when i click on it it says sim memory full - i have copied all my contacts across onto the phone. Can someone help me with how to get rid of it?
My phone froze up for a long time. I took the battery out, waited a minute and put it back. Now my phone will not reboot completely. After the Sprint screen, an 'uncaught inception' message pops up, then it proceeds to verify security software.....the screen turns bright white and a tiny message in the middle of the screen says: app error 523 with the word 'reset' highlighted under it.....I can't do anything but click on it, for it to shut down and go through the whole exact thing all over again..
when i turn my blackberry curve 8520 on the screen goes white and a message saying app error 525 reset (or something like that) appears. I have clicked reset numorous amount of times but it still says it and it wont let me do anything.
I have a VZW Bold 9650 and I am having a "random reset" issue with my blackberry. Out of nowhere (often just sitting running no programs) my device restarts itself. Sometimes it just gives me a blank white screen and restarts, other times I get an actual error message in that white screen - but it disappears in 0.1 sec, so there is no way to read it. Because the resets are random, I can't emulate them to try to get a picture for example.
Is there a way to read that error message after the device finishes restarting (like an error log of sorts)?
General advice on how to fix this error would also be welcomed (though I think that if I can read the error message, it will be easier to narrow down the cause). I would rather not do a full wipe since I am out of network for now and will be for the next month or so.
More details: Originally VZW, but unlocked (by VZW) to use with other carriers. Currently. Crazy John's in Australia OS6 All programs work well (though my GPS has been weird and often takes 5 min. to find my location)
I know this error message has something to do with syncing my Outlook calendar on my desktop with my phone. How do I fix it? It is very important for me to be able to sync my calendars.
I know there are a few topics about this but, when I tried to send a SMS to a contact the message had the red "short Message Transfer Rejected" underneath it. I have always been able to send a SMS to this contact and this error has only appeared yesterday.
Installed the desktop SW and synced my organizer from my phone to outlook. All is good. Made changes to address of my outlook and tried to synch it with my phone. That is when after all the setting were checked and it looked like it is doing it. I get an error message "during synchronization some of the records were invalid. The following 2 records were skipped: address book device - 0, Microsoft outlook - 2" and the changes I made were not synced.
I have version 6 on bb desktop but keep getting an error message when trying to sync - reconfigure organizer settings to synchronise organizer data but I cant get to the configure stage without the same message coming up
When will Blackberry Desktop Manager be able to sync with MS Outlook 2010? I spent £100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.
Man do i need help???? i have search the last 24 hours for answers and nothing works. i tried the suggestions that i got right before posting and no answer.
just got the new 9700. i plugged it up and i am getting this message "usb charging current is not sufficient. verify that your handheld is connected to a powered usb charging source and that the proper usb driver is installed".
i have unistalled and re installed DM using the cd that came with it. i checked mass storage is on. i have done battery pulls etc. am using windows 7 and my usb is 2.0.
my old bold 9000, works fine. DM recognizes it, i can back up my stuff. i just need to restore that info on my new BB9700 and its just not happened.
I'm using blackerry bold 9000.every time I reboot my phone (tried a few Alt/Shift/Deletes and a battery pull) I get the error after the security check on startup."Uncaught Exception: Java.Lang.NullPointerException" this always appears everytime i restart my phone. - the SMS and MMS icon is lost. - i cannot find my sms outbox messages.
I have an error 201 message and my device is caught in endless loop. SPent 1 hour with VErizon last night- and computer will not recognize my device (my guess is that is the endless loop is interfereing) we went to the "wipe" option but to no avail. ANyone have any ideas before I punt this thing and get an I PHone 4 S (and spend a couple of hundred dollars)?
