View 1 Replies View RelatedI picked up my phone last Sunday morning and it said it was disabled and needed to be plugged into itunes - I did this and it reenabled the iphone but all my data is now hidden...it was not set to erase if password entered wrongly too many times. I did not plug it into the original computer that I initially enabled it with but I did not sync it on this computer either

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 with IMEI 35856604xxxxxx, I did an update for the software version 7.1.0 Bundle 2061 however I entered the password 5 times due to a non functional button on my keyboard and all data was wiped. Unfortunately I do not have a backup and I lost all my contacts and media files. Is there a way to rollback knowing that I did previously an upgrade for the software version over the air, so probably my data is stored somewhere on RIM servers.

I did not back up any of the data in my phone. Now, every time I turn on my phone (bold 9000) the battery dies within 2-3 hours and when I switch the battery it erases all contacts and adjustments to the settings that I've made. In addition to this, the phone gets super hot, even though I turn the phone off.

I kept entering my password (I couldn't remember exactly what it was, so I went online and reset it for the last attempt). I got the email confirmation that it was reset, so I entered the new, reset password. It said it was wrong anyway and started wiping my device.
