BB Bold :: Uncaught Error Applicationregister.wait For (0x1c26ebcd7b130582) Timeout
Jul 19, 2011
My Blackberry Bold 9780 crashed yesterday and has been problematic ever since. I have do a hard reset to rid the phone of all 3rd part applications. Since doing that the phone hasn't improved any, it crashes randomly and won't connect to Blackberry Desktop Software. When rebooting the phone has a series of errors:
After doing the upgrade i been having troubles with blank sent messages and not receiving messages for over 4 hours after the sender sent them. Then i get all messages at on time sometimes up to 6 or 7 messages , i can send them but not receive . Also i get this "uncaught exception : ApplicationRegistry.waitfor(0x9850447e783b0596) timeout " ever since the upgrade also usually after connecting to dtm or removing the battery . Service provider told me to go back to the original 4.6 version that the device came with, where do i find the 4.6 software ? Or does anyone have any suggestions to fix the 5.0 version ?
also it freezez for a lot.last night it forze for 10 hours straight befor i decided to pull the battery out.i have minimal number of applications running. but still it hangs alot.
Im using blackberry bold 9900, platform 5.0.0.464 today it suddenyl gives me the white screen with words on it and there's a box of message saying "uncaught exception:java.lang.NulPointerException uncaught exception:java.lang.Error uncaught exception:applicationRegistry.waitFor(0xe592d8ae7c1ca955)timeout" etc. When it becomes like this, the phone doesnt response to any key i pressed I have searched the net seeking some help,i saw people solved this problem by starting the phone with "Safe Mode" but it seems i cant get it started with the"safe mode"
it's a blackberry bold 9700there's an error saying "uncaught exception: pplicationregistry.wait for (0x7c802477365c3985) time out.i cannot make or receive calls.and when i turn off /on my phone there's another error saying: index 3>7=3;uncaught exception: application registry.wait for (0x7c802477365c3985) owner died thread [thread -1135400965]
my BB Bold 9700 running OS 6 bundle 1879. So what has been happening happening over the past month or so is the device starts to lock up and not respond for up to 40 sec then corrects itself. Other times I will get an uncaught error or exception error. I have to keep pulling the battery out and resetting the device about 3 times a day at least.
My BB 9700 which I've had for about 3 yrs has suddenly died! I get an error mesage saying "uncaught exception: 3 > =3 followed by a white screen saying erro 523, I've tried downloading update etc but it simply won't let me. Please can somebody tell me how to cleab install when my BB won't connect to my PC? It's recognised in the blue tooth application
I have a 3 Month old Blackberry Torch 9870. Yesterday the battery was drained, so when I got home & charged it up I tried to switch it on. When its on it has a white screen that lists "AddressBook, AltMusic, AltPictures, AltRingTones etc.". On top of that screen I get error messages galore! See below:
These errors go on and on and on... They dont go away.I have done a device restore through C:Program Files (x86)Common FilesResearch In MotionAppLoader, this has not worked.
I have been getting pop up messages from my Blackberry Curve 8520 stating "uncaught exception: applicationregistry.waitfor(0x7c802477365c3985)timeout" and I can't make outgoing and receive incoming calls eversince and it's annoying. Is there something wrong with my BB somewhere? advice because I really need my BB to be normal again in order to receive and make calls.
have recently started to get this message on my phone everytime I try to go on the internet, ''uncaught exception application net_rim_bb_browser_daemon (361)''
I'm getting this error immediately after I enter my password just once after a device reboot.I know this is an error that is thrown by an application but my problem is I cannot determine which one. I used the device switch wizard to switch from a Bold 9700 with OS5 and a fair number of apps installed. I used app world to delete everything that was not a Research in Motion created app, rebooted, then cleanly reinstalled a subset of the 3rd party apps. The error persisted even when only RIM created software was installed. How do I determine which application is throwing this error? I tried looking at the system log, the error is there but with no detail as to which module or app is causing it.
Recently I started encountering this error 'Uncaught exception: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError' whenever I go to the Appworld. I checked my memory size and still have 1.6GB available out of 1.8GB. This only happens when I attempt to launch any APP. It keeps on running endlessly for several minutes then returns the error.
I just transferred my Bold 9650 to the Bold 9930 using the device switcher.Once it finished all of that and did a restart, I get this error, "uncaught exeption: java.lang.error" on start. How do I fix this?
I have downloaded several themes for me Blackberry Bold 9700 and i am unable to access the interet/web browser. Whenever i click on it the error message Uncaught excpetion:java-lang-illegalarumentexception. Is there any advice someone could please give me as it would be greatly appreciated as i have had my first Blackberry for only 1 month?
This error recently kicked in. I only found out when i realised i was unable to set an alarm. My bold is pretty new and i jus updated the os from 4.6 to 5.0 days ago
I am installing cell tracker software to my phone and was instructed to transfer 5 .jar and .tar type files to my phone after transferring the files and installing the app it does not run and I get error screen "Uncaught Exception: Java.Lang.NoclassDeffound Error" when I try to run the app. I have been told that there has been some error in transferring the files correctly to my cell phone from my PC.
I keep getting an error message that says "uncaught error: java.lang.null.pointerexception." I wiped out my handheld, but every time it restarts that message comes back up. When I go to my text messages, and I hit the "menu" button, nothing happens it just freezes and doesn't let me scroll up or down until I hit "menu" again.
I receive the error message "Uncaught Exception: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException" when I try to open texts or email on my Blackberry Bold 9900. It uses the Blackberry 7 OS I have tried rebooting my phone, however this does not fix the error.
For the last few hours when using an app or the browser I keep getting Gateway time out errors. I've done a couple of battery pulls and sent my service books but still happening. If I close my browser and re open it it will work again but maybe ten minutes later will happen several times. Anybody else have this issue and if so how did you fix it?
My Device Carrier: AT&T Model and OS: Blackberry Bold OS v 4.6
The Problem: Sometime in the past couple of days I stopped receiving SMS text messages properly. Though I was able to send and receive text messages as recently as Monday (the 1st, and this writing is on the 3rd of February) I find I am unable to receive them at present. This problem is complicated by a few tests I have done. With my phone right in front of me and another phone in my hand, I have sent a text message to my phone (from the other phone) and witnessed my phone make the loading sign in the upper right-hand corner (the little double-arrow that pops up when one is receiving data). No new message appears in my joint inbox and no "new message" icon pops up on my home screen. When I try to select the SMS inbox folder in the 'Select Folder' option in the menu in my messaging application, absolutely nothing happens.
I am also encountering oddities when I send SMS messages - though I am able to send them. When I complete an SMS text message and select 'Send', the message, though it is sending, may sometimes stay up on the screen as though I did not send it. When I select 'Send' again, it does disappear from the screen but does not display it sending in my inbox (it normally shows the message as sending, it receives a checkmark when sent, and then it disappears; as I set it up to). I can, however, access the SMS Outbox folder.
Finally, though I think this is unrelated, when my phone starts up from having the battery removed - which I did try - I receive a message stating "Uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException". The first time I received this message was upon waking up one morning, as though it had occurred sometime during the night, and I dismissed it as unimportant as it did not seem to mess with the functioning of my Blackberry.
I do not have any backups to restore my phone to, as I just updated my computer to Windows 7 and cleared the majority of the hard drive in doing so. Also, I just, today, updated my phone to the latest version of all my applications.
I currently have a Tour and I'm considering upgrading my phone and my dad's 8330 to Bolds. With my NE2, buy one get one free and an early upgrade promotion they offered me, I can get both for only sales tax (about $45 each). I want to have a phone that can utilize OS6.0 (webkit) so if LTE weren't around the corner, this would be a complete no brainer.
I haven't heard much buzz about LTE Blackberries except for the possibility of the Storm 3. I'm not a touchscreen fan so I'd be waiting for a QWERTY Boldlike device.
Any thoughts? Should I wait or just pull the trigger now and get a great deal on a couple of Bolds. I can always upgrade my main line in 12 months but will the LTE BBerries even be available by then?
My wife's BB IM quit working after a firmware update. Now she gets "Uncaught exception:
java.lang.NullPointerException" error. I have done a hard reset, and uninstalled the messenger a couple times, however she still gets the error. One of the reasons to get the BB was for this feature
Today I got an "uncaught exception error" after I pulled the headset adapter out while listening to music without hitting the pause button first then holstering the phone. It must've happened a couple of times before without the error appearing because a couple of times in the last week when I hit menu I noticed "playing now" was missing, even though I was in the middle of an album. Anyone get this? IDK if I should install the Sprint version over this.
I recently had an error message come up on my blackberry curve 8520 saying 'uncaught exception 3', this message now comes up every time i switch my phone on. I originally thought it was from one of my apps that i had downloaded and now removed from my device. My keypad is now not completely working. I would like to also save all my contacts to my sim as i don't want to lose them all if my phone does break altogether.
I installed the official release for OS 5... and On boot I keep getting the following error Uncaught Exception: Application net_rim_bb_phone_app(54) is not responding; process terminated {ok}
I press okay and the phone seems to run okay, but it bugs me, any ideas?
my storm is set to loud profile yet my ringer my alarms all sound all together will not play neither will any videos stored or from the browser I get the uncaught exception closing player message on videos..
