BB Bold :: Cannot Change Or Turn Off Auto Signature?
Aug 1, 2012I have had the same auto signature for over a year. Need to change the company name in that auto signature. I can make the change in the auto signature box, hit save, everything looks great. Except when I send messages it's still the old auto signature. If I go and click auto signature "off", the auto signature box goes away, everything looks great. Except when I send messages, the old auto signature is still being applied. I've reconciled, pulled the battery, did a quick on/off.

Nov 14, 2012I was trying to set up an auto signature for my emails. I found the part in the user manual here at the BB web site, which was very clear. I went to the email, chose options, and then email preferences. Now here I had a problem. I don't have a tick box for auto signature. All I have are options for HTML email and Delivery.
I'm pretty sure this is not a software problem, because there is no newer version available, according to my device.

Nov 3, 2010When selecting a contact to send a message to, the drop down list auto fills with some of my contacts which start with the letters I am keying in, but it does not auto fill with all the relevant contacts, missing out most of the contacts which start with the letter or name I am keying in? E.g if I was sending to a contact called "Paul" Keying in "P" would only bring up a few of the contacts I have starting with "Paul" but no all of them Even if I continue to key in the full name the auto fill does not seem to find the exact same name which is in my contacts Is there any way to turn off this auto fill so you can manually select the contacts I wish to sent the message to?

Apr 25, 2012I have recently upgraded to the Blackberry Curve 9360 from a previous Curve model. I used my hotmail account as the primary account on my old blackberry with no issues. Now when I send an email from my blackberry / hotmail account, the signature either gives my my name twice followed by </div> or if i delete my name from the signature, the resulkt is that i just get the </div> appended to the bottom of my email.
I have searched for a solution to this problem, activation and deactivating HTML etc, but to no avail. Is there something I can do to get this resolved?

Jun 22, 2012Every time when I want to update I get a message that there is an invalid signature. I can't find any solution for that problem! Please help? It always stops during downloading and always the same message. According to what I could find it has something to do with error number(s) 3000-3099. But when I click on that I get a short message at the bottom of the page which says something about "an error on that page", so I cannot open it.
