View 1 Replies View RelatedMy photos and some videos have colored lines through them. Sometimes I only get half the photo. I have pulled the battery and reset the device many many times but nothing changes. I have attached an example photo.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy phone is pretty dead - screen is white and no buttons respond. A new phone is on its way from orange and I'm trying to get videos off the bb onto my desktop. I've managed with the photos but can't get more than a couple of videos from the bb onto the desktop (using desktop software). Not sure if they are on the phone or media card. (On software, none show up in 'my videos' file. How do I do this only using desktop/ usb and not accessing phone?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI read that if I remove my original pictures from my S6, all those pictures will be removed from my google photos as I am interacting with the cloud--instead of just my android phone. But I need to clear up some space on my 64gb phone.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI updated my xperia ray to ICS and everything went just fine. But when I'm about to check my photos and videos, they're all gone. I tried looking for them through my file manager and Media Go, but nothing. My ASTRO app is not working properly either. They still occupies space on my SD card which mean they're still there but I can't see them. What should I do???
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've had my Z3+ for about 4 months now and never had any problems. Since updating it a week ago I've had two, one which I managed to fix myself and recently I've had a photo and a video that won't open after taking them, luckily it was a random video of my dog and nothing important, but I imagine if it was something more important I'd be a little more annoyed. Also I have another picture that has a large, thick, white block down the left hand side, so half corrupted.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to free up some space. And under the storage setting it shows that I have over 13gb of photos and videos. So I went in the gallery and deleted all the videos and pictures. But it only went down to around 12 gb. Why? Are there other photos and videos somewhere else?
View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a problem, camera photos that I have are randomly deleted and I can't see them - I keep seeing the symbol of the pictures album with a black background.
Example- [URL] ...
I tried to recover them by moving them and videos to the SD card and they keep being untouchable. If I try to access them by the file commander or my computer I see only half of the photo.
Just got a M8 phone - Ripped a few movies and put them in the gallery folder as couldn't find a video/movie folder. Trouble is they show as icons with no title to identify which movie is which. I created a movie folder put the movies still showed in gallery folder. Would like to see them as a list of titles.
How do I separate different categories of photos & videos? Local phone store suggested I download VLC media player which I did. Not sure what to do next.
Other confusing thing is the 128GB sandisk SD card has folders
nero syn
albums
android
DCIM
mobile - containing gallery & music but not video
my documents
I have been a little sloppy with my pics and videos. Recently, a number of photos and some recently shot videos vanished. I also cannot seem to access my 64 gig memory card.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI cannot view my photos and videos on my 4s. However, in settings there is 2.3 GB of memory being used up by photos and videos.

I plugged my iphone 4s into my iMac OS X version 10.5.8 computer - itunes asked to setup as a new iphone or restore? I stupidly chose restore and then force quit a min later. I still was connected by usb but not all my photos and videos were showing! I disconnected my phone and all my photos and videos were gone.Â
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a problem with ovi suite 2.1.1.1... when syncing photos it automatically syncs videos as well. This is basically OK, but the problem is: not only my own recorded videos are synced, but also video podcasts which I have downloaded on my phone, and any other videos I might have put on my sd-card.This is sometimes a few hundred megabytes, so it always takes ages to synchronize my photos. Is there a way to make Ovi Suite sync only pictures, not videos? Or is it possible to only sync videos that were recorded on the phone itself, not downloaded podcasts etc.?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a Nokia Lumia 710 and when it was connected to my PC (via USB, using Zune) I deleted the already sync'd photos and videos that existed on my PC (in Documents&SettingsAdministrator..) and (unfortunately) the Zune software automatically erased these files from my phone! In order to use a PC undelete software for my phone, the phone needs to appear as a drive letter (ie. G:) on my PC when connected. How can this be accomplished? When I connect it, it doesn't appear as a drive letter (tried it in Windows XP and Vista). I already tried undeleting the files on my PC but the undelete software couldn't do this.

Do we really gotta go into "photos" app and have videos bunched up in the clogged up gallery?
It's 4.0 already, I really hope this feature can happen soon!
Wouldn't it be nice to have them separated, especially with HD video recording capabilities these days?

View 9 Replies View RelatedI've had the Lumia 950 XL for about a week now. I was a bit concerned about overheating given the past history of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, but I did not have any problem until today. I was taking photos and shooting short two- or three-minute videos when the phone started becoming hotter and hotter. In the middle of a video I got an "overheating" alert on the screen and the phone rebooted on its own. After that it kept rebooting every 5 or ten minutes for a few times before stabilizing again. Now it's back to normal, but if taking a few videos is enough to bring the 950 XL down on its knees, it's definitely a show-stopper.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI bought my HTC one 5 weeks ago. I powered off last week and the phone would not come on when I went to power up again a couple days later. Took it to the dealer who said he has not seen this happen and also could not get it to work. I asked him if all my photos, videos etc would transfer over to my replacement phone once I received the new one. He said not if I didn't back them up online! I hadn't done that yet since I have only had the phone a few weeks but I have taken a ton of pics and video of my kids and I am desperately wanting to know if there is a way that I can transfer these things to my new phone. He said because he can't even get my phone to power on there is no way to upload these things now and I will lose them I received my new phone today but before I set it up I need to know if there is any way for me to save my pics, etc.

There was no update on phone. I did not manually throw them into trash.
How can i revert them back into the main folder with one click?
Btw, all my photos and videos were in DCIM folder, so now i just backed them all up in my PC.

Then I kept trying and finally it told me to connect to itunes, and then itunes told me i need to restore my phone to use it with itunes. Will i lose all my photos and videos if i restore it? If i will, what can i do so i won't lose them because the majority of the photos and videos on my phone have not been transferred to my computer!!
