View 3 RepliesI have a 9630 Tour that I am trying to unlock from Sprint, to use with AT&T. I have followed directions exactly- even spending hours researching my issue, and it seems to be fairly common, but I have yet to see an effective solution- Here goes:
When I type in MEPD, I get the next screen, as I should be getting. However, my display reads:
SIM Disabled
Network Disabled
Net Subset Disabled
Sev Provider Disabled
Corporate Disabled
I have seen several posts where Network reads Inactive instead of disabled, and am not sure if this is my problem or not, but when I type MEP2 on this screen, the window that should come up for my unlock code does NOT come up. I have read in several places to try MEPP2, or MEPE. Neither of these codes work.
when i connect BB to the desktop software, no "input languages" under the application item. the application item only shows the apps i downloaded. does it mean i have deleted the language pack? if so where can i download it? i have tried to wipe the BB but cant help.

View 6 Replies View Relatedi have BB 9900 and my stupid friend while trying to unlock the phone put wrong codes 10 times and now if i go to settings/simcard and type MEPD it shows Sim disabled but Network Blocked. I couldn't enter MEP2 i tried also put not supported Sim card and prompt after it boots that if i wish to unlock the device when i choose YES it seems nothing happen i cant enter the codes.. even the carrier of the device it shows invalid Sim.I did tried the followingtype MEP2 NO LUCK type (alt) MEPE no luck
View 3 Replies View RelatedI recently bought a blackberry bold 9900 from mobile up front with a prepaid sim in it. I am moving to australia so need to get it unlocked. I called t-mobile and they won't provide me with a code because I haven't had it for 60 days yet with them. So i too to do one of those phone fixers in the corner stores that say they unlock phones and they punched in a bunch of codes and it didn't work. So i took it to another person said yes yes of course I can do that for you, punched in a bunch of codes and again, failed. So now my phone only has two more attempts on it to unlock it and I am scared to take it to another place or try one of these online codes you can buy as I don't want to end up with a $600 phone that is permenantly locked.Any sugestions? I could just wait the 60 days out and call t mobile back again but by then I will be in australia and if things don't work then I can't exactly just take it back into the. T mobile store.Could it be that the codes aren't working because the phone is programed not to be allowed to be unlocked for 60 days?

Have received the code needed from a third party source, follow the instructions, but when I get to the point of typing MEP2, no popup screen appears to input the code. The phone was not active when purchased but did come with a Verizon SIM card and on it, it said Vodaphone. The phone is locked to Verizon. Also in the IMEI number there is a 03 in the middle instead of a 06.

A few things that i discovered and its bad! Comparing to E71, E72 is very bad. By the way, this is the second E72 i am using. I bought one before, same issue, now the secound one, Same ISSUE again!
Here are the problems: I need to type in Chinese (pinyin) but whenever the language is switched to Chinese input, the calculator does not allow me to input decimal (how bad this is!).
Also in Chinese mode, once back to English input, the SPACE bar input is NOT WORKING. The only way is to restart the damm phone.
I got dis phone off of ebay last friday. the phone was working fine until today. So this is wat happened i went to take my phone out the case cuz it was vibrating wen i pull it out it slipps out of my hand nd falls on the floor the backpiece came out the batterry came out. so it put everything bak in its place and the phone does not want to turn on. there is no light no anything i have it plugged to the charger but there is no responce. wat should i do?

If I download it from Taiwan, will it be any problem ? Knowing that almost everywhere in the world, the used keyboard is a QWERTY and in France, it is the AZERTY ?
I just completed a system upgrade on my Mototola Droid Razr. It now vibrates on any text input (Text or internet input). Phone dialer is ok, just all other word input. I have unchecked or checked everything that was normal under the old Android version. Currently using 4.1.2 android version.

All buttons on the device including lock/unlock key while this is happend the blackberry screen is in sleep mode or whatever you call it when device isn't in use but ppl think it shut off automatically. During this time you can receive calls, bbm, nd text and all that you just won't be able to answer the call, reply to bbm, and so on... P.s screen turns on if u receive a call obviously.The only fix for this is to pull out the battery so it reboots fully this is only temporary may happen again.All you other people are just giving RIM false information like "blackberry just auto shut off" without even bothering to look into it your first goto place are these forums..
