May 10, 2012I purchased 3 ringtones from the Apple Store and put them in my Tones library under iTunes. Now I want to sync my Tones library to my iPhone. I have tried many things but the tones are not showing up on my iPhone.

Apr 20, 2012I was syncronizing my iphone4 with the itunes 10 installed in my old computer. But this computer broke and I lost all the data. The security backup's I was doing in iclouds.
Now I have another computer where I installed itunes but when I try to syncronize it appears a message alerting me that the sync will substitute what I have in my iphone (contacts, music, photos, notes, etc, ALL) by the empty library of this new itunes...
I accessed iclouds online and I can also see the back up of my contacts. Not manage my music or photos.
How can I do to have my stuff again in itunes and freely sync without reseting what I have saved in the iphone4??

Jul 5, 2012i added a movie to my itunes that was mp4 format but it couldnt sync to my iphone. i tried playing it on my apple tv directly from my itunes and it didnt work. i think the problem was the resolution (i think it was 1000 something X ?) should i convert the video? if i should what application should i use? i plan on regularly syncing movies to my iphone4 and airplay them to my apple tv (newest one). i dont mind airplaying them from my mac ps. can i airplay and avi file from my mac to the apple TV?

Mar 12, 2012Yesterday I decided to sync my iPhone to a different PC which my husband uses to sync his ipod. Before I sync-ed I upgraded itunes to v10. When I tried to sync however I noticed that the contacts section in the Info tab had nothing in the list (i.e. The title reads "Sync Contacts with " followed by a list but the list is empty) and when I click the Configure button nothing happens. Anyway I checked the option to sync contacts anyway but got an error saying "itunes was unable to load dataclass information from sync services."
Stupidly I then chose to restore my iphone as suggested in the Summary tab and thereby lost all of the contacts on my phone which I of course cannot sync back.

Mar 13, 2012I followed several sets of instructions for converting a file to m4r, but I can't get a simple boring ringtone onto my iPhone 4S running ios 5.0.1.
The reason I'm trying to do this is to have just a simple, boring ringtone. I'm going to be in a professional environment, and all of the ringtones IMO, are a bit too wacky.
I try to drag and drop the m4r file to the Tones folder in iTunes - it works, but when I sync the phone, the stubburn tone will not appear in the Tones folder on the actual phone.

Mar 29, 2012About 4 weeks ago I purchased three .99cent alert tones (R2D2: Happy, Chewbacca: Roar, and Lightsaber: Power Up). However once I synced my 4s with my macbook the tones vanished from the phone, and no matter what I do (resets, de-selecting sync tones then reselecting it, manually dragging it over to the phone) these 3 tones will not get onto the phone. All of my $1.29 tones still work however.I re-purchased them (hey Apple - how about not making people pay multiple times for tones), and again, the tones worked until my Iphone synced with my macbook, then the same vanishing act occured.
