I was attempting to sync my Iphone 5 to Itunes, and in the process, all my current information is gone, including my correct email account, and the data is all from my old Iphone 3.   I've tried everything to reverse/restore it back, but it won't let me finish some commands, since the old email address is on there, and I don't have the password.  I even tried adding my newest email address, and it won't let me do that as well.  Says the password is wrong, yet Apple and Icloud recognize it when on the computer.  ????
I wiped my phone (don't ask!) and although most previous set ups were still there and reactivatable (if that's a word) I can't get my email settings back. Both email accounts are there, but when I try to verify I get the message ' Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again.' I do not have the option available to delete the accounts and start again either - so completely stuck. I am using the correct passwords for the email accounts.
I have had my bbry tour for 3 years and never had this problem. I am getting a message that I need to validate my email on my blackberry, but every time I try it says not a valid username password and can't validate. I have my name & password written down so I know they are correct, but the system doesn't recognize it.
On my Samsung S6 Edge+, the default samsung keyboard autocorrect having issues.....
Problem 1: Previously I installed multiple languages for auto correct so I could text different folks in different languages, then I decided to uninstall and disable those other languages, but auto correct still has the entire dictionary of foreign languages loaded and there doesn't seem to be an option to remove those other than word by word as I type...
Problem 2: Since my phone is synced with my gmail, whenever I start typing any words, it will suggest random people's email addresses in the autocorrect which I can't seem to disable. I am not even typing in the "To" field of any email either, just googling things or texting.
I checked my contacts list on gmail but that's empty. It seems to just have memorised every single person I ever emailed even 10 years ago. Short of deleting those old emails, how do I get rid of those email address suggestions from my autocorrect?
Again, there doesn't seem to be an option to turn those email suggestions off and I can't even delete these ones from the autocorrect list - doing so says "are you sure", I confirm, and next time I start typing a few characters, that same email address gets suggested again!
The Time randomly changes by hours and minutes. This morning it was off by 3 hours plus some minutes. I am in the correct time zone and the Date & Time is set to Automatic; Time Zone is New York. I have another iPhone 5c in my house hold and it does NOT experience the same issue. Both iPhones are using the same Apple ID. I have not reset the phone yet because I will lose all previous text messages etc. I m also not able to connect to yahoo mail when the time is off and I am forced to send Text messages as opposed to iMessage, which has caused problems with my contacts NOT being able to text me.Â
Ok so i have a lenovo s10 net book that has my itunes and iphone 3gs synced to it. I just bought a new mac book pro and want to move everything over to it. So heres my questions. My iphone is 3.1.2 JB with blackrain. The new computer has itunes 9.1. what is the best way to move all my stuff and sync my iphone to it without causing issues and loseing my jailbreak. I want to start syncing the iphone to the new macbook pro.
My iPhone 3GS when using Maps thinks it is about 3 miles from the correct location when i am at home. My Wifes 3GS is fine and both iPads are correct. Is there something i need to reset or clear?
We have two Iphone 4's in our house. My phone is Steve's iPhone and the other is Dianne's iPhone... When I plug my phone in to my PC it calls my (Steve's iPhone) Dianne's IPhone. I have looked at the name on the iPhone and it is Steve's IPhone. I have tried to change the name of the file and the PC will not let me. How do I get my PC to identify my iPhone as Steve's instead of Dianne's?
Does anyone know someone (company) whom can correct the color tempature on a defective iPhone 4S ATT version? I have one good one iPhone 4S (Sprint) and one defective iPhone 4S one. I want them to match. I am willing to pay a fair price for this update.
Not sure why but all of a sudden for the last 2 days, the ios auto-spelling correct feature keeps changing the word "me" to "mr". I don't want to turn the feature off because it's useful for correcting all my other mistakes but that one is really annoying because I never use "mr" (all lower case) and often use "me" Does anyone know how to edit the "dictionary" its using to make the corrections. I've got a jb ip4. It's been jailbroken for awhile and this problem is only recent so I know it's not tied to having just been jailbroken.
Just noticed that iPhone will auto-capitalize its own name, and Satan, but not God. Any way to make God also auto-capitalize?And for that matter, how do you reject an auto-correct decision? When you hit Space it puts in its suggestion, then you have to backspace and type it again. Helpful when it's right, but pretty annoying when it's wrong.
This is the one thing that consistently drives me nuts! I don't want to disable it completely as most of the time it is helpful unless you try to type out "be" and "BR" pops in.
