Up until the past 2 weeks I had no problem syncing calendar events between the phone and computer. Now my memory become foggy, I either downloaded the latest version of iTunes or the phone's iOS and ever since I cannot sync my calendars. My music syncs fine when I make changes to the playlists.Â

So I went into advanced and ticked the box "replace information on iphone with information from computer". ran sync. now iphone has everything. BUT the next sync (minutes later, just to check) I got the same error message: "syncing with iphone will change 25% of your calendars on this computer" and the table said 602 entries would be modified. What do I do now? Until I can fix this, I can't make any calendar changes on the iphone. Have to wait until I am at home to record on the PC, since I can only do a one way replace for calendars....

Mar 14, 2012My IPhone 4s was working properly and will NOT sync to my PC using Windows 7 or Windows XP, Latest version of ITunes Available, and everything updated. I updated my IPhone to the latest version of IOS available yesterday, and now it will not Sync. Nothing else has changed but the update was made yesterday, I have turned my phone off and on a couple of times, tried turning the WiFi on and off, restarted my computer, tried 3 USB Cables, but nothing.
