Jan 8, 2012I am unable to install the latest Ovi Music. I am using Vista. The download fails. I have tried deleting every thing Nokia and tried several fixes as listed. I am unable to uninstall Nokia Multimedia Common Components as it states another version of this product is already installed.

Please refer to Troubleshooting guide in Help".I have made a complaint on 30-Jul and still not able to download any music because of the pathetic service of Nokia I have lost more than 5-6 weeks till now (Including the same issue which I faced in March). My Subscription will end in another months time.
