Changed Apple ID But Unable To Get The Change To Sync To IPhone 5s
Sep 10, 2014Due to an email change, I changed my Apple at apple.com and on Itunes. However, I have not been able to change the AppleID on my iPhone.

May 27, 2012I have struggled over this for days. I recently lost the internet provider on my old internet account which was my old Apple ID. I successfully changed my Apple ID in ITunes to a new permanent email address. I cannot change the settings on the App store or ICloud. The suggested solutions for this problem have not worked for me because there is no option for changing the old Apple ID. When you tap on it, it does not change. I have tried signing in with the Old Apple ID (the old email account) and it doesn't work either. I have synced my phone (and lost my contacts in the process but that was an entirely different headache!) to no avail.
Some of the solutions stated that I should go to the store and tap on the Apple ID and it would allow me to change...no such luck. Also when I tried Iforgot, it would only let me change my password which is not really any help because the problem is the Apple Id.

Jul 2, 2012 I changed my apple id (email address) in itunes but when I got to update apps or do anything that requires my password it always pops up with my old apple id. I've 'signed out' of itunes store and then logged in again and does come up with my new apple id in the store but nothing else has changed on my iphone. I have "logged" out of this and created my own apple id but it will not let me change it in my

What do i do to delete her account off my phone completely and just use my own one?

Her appleid password has recently been changed without her authorization. Even her security questions have been altered so her original answers are rejected. She's tried using iforgot and the appleid support website but since her info has changed she doesn't receive an email from said site. She called apple support and the tech told her that she would need to pay for support ($69.99) over the phone since it's been 90 days from when she purchased both products.
