Since I got my X6 in July the Ovi Store keeps closing suddenly after using it fine. Even after I update my phone it still happens till now. I tried downloading another Ovi from phone and installed it but in vain. Should I uninstall Ovi first then reinstall?
Ive recently purchased an X2-02 but im getting problems with the music player crashing every time i open it. Ive put in a 32gb card but when im trying to play music, i select the artist / album, it says loading playlist then freezes on that screen (the dots stop moving) then the screen goes blank for a couple of seconds later it comes back on (the phone doenst reboot)
Ive tried updating the firmware to the latest version, a different sd card also reformatting the micro sd card but still the same happens.
My application store is crashing after some time of opening it. It exists automatically. I recently updated my phone to v05.92. give me a link to download nokia app store.
I have a 3g and I am JB with rock. Last night my phone would no longer launch any app store apps. All the apps when started immediately crash. All native apps as well as all JB apps work fine. I didnt install any new apps. I did update Rock but I cant remember if it was doing that before or after the Rock update. Any one know how to fix this without a restore. I sync my phone at work and a full restore is a PITA!
Now that the ovi music store has become a DRM-free store and launched in India. Few things I have noticed that :-
1. It doesn't simply work on mobile for me atleast on my n82! Earlier with the nokia music store it used to work fine both with browsing and downloading tracks. The store crashes if u click on downloading and sometimes it closes also if you are simply browsing the store.
2. The downloading history doesn't appear at all with no tracks on mobile while the tracks which have been downloaded appear clearly while browsing the store on pc.
3. The new store doesn't give an option to re-download the tracks and you have to buy them again, means that track balance gets reduced if you download a track which you have already downloaded earlier.
I have contacted nokia care about these issues, anyone else facing the same problem specially in accessing the ovi music store on mobile?
Experienced this with the new Play Store. There books category is causing the app to crash every time I try to access it. If I delete the update it works with the old store.
today i was trying to download some apps from Ovi Store with my new account, but when i tried to login it didn't stop loading (green bar at the bottom). Yesterday i did a hard reset and i updated ovi store app (it need to be upgraded if you want to download apps from there), but now it doesn't load if i login (without login it shows main page) but if i want to download (ex. gravity twitter client) i need to login, and i can't download.
my mobile is a nokia x6 (16gb) and my company is vodafone spain (i live in spain).

I have this phone for several days, everything worked fine until now. When I click the Store icon from the main menu, the Ovi Store starts and the close (the message says: closing ovi store). I didn't upgrade anything - the phone came with the latest FW version available. I have tried to reinstall Ovi Store, which is also the latest version, with no success. I have installed the last version from Nokia BetaLabs, but the problem still remains.
I have a Nokia x3-02 and I detected a strange behaviour when I try to store a number in the phone memory.I try to explain with a example:If you have stored the number 1234567 in the phone memory with the name USER1.Then I want to store another number 661234567 ( the two first are different, but the last seven numbers are equal ) with the contact name USER2, the phone give a message that the number is in use for USER1.It seems that only the last 7 digits are evaluated to determinate is the number is the same in this phone. I been tried this on a 2730 and the result is the same too.
For a few weeks now I haven't been able to access my OVI account on my X6 - I think it coincided with a phone update [but can't be certain].I can access my account no problem via my computer at home but not by my Phone. I keep getting the message 'Unable to Connect to Server', this is the same through both WLAN and Internet Access.Is there any way I can reset my handset prefs or is there something fundamentally wrong?
My ovi store doesn't function it always shows notice that it must be updated I did so but still it doesn't works. And also when I try to download through the address send through PC it always informs me that this facility is not available in set.
I had nokia x3-02 for few days now, but It drained away my credits by entering the internet via gprs & edge, although I have a wireless router, so I sat it up to gsm network only & deleted the phone company or (service provider) Internet settings, & now I can't seem to get ovi store online or even comunities application too,it keeps giving me an error message ( unable to connect to service, try again later ) & ( network connection error, try again later ) though web browsing via opera & nokia browsers works just fine & I saved my wlan settings but it keeps asking me still in browsers to choose my access point, but that's tolerable at least, but I don't know why these both apps can't get online, they did when I had phone service provider internet, but not through wireless network now, & the router is in the same room & the signal is so strong if you're asking?
I tried purchasing Smart Office by Picsel from Nokia Store through an ATM/Debit Card. However, it rejects payment method everytime saying there is an error. Same is the case when i tried purchasing Adobe Reader LE?

Anyone have similar experience? I preordered 2 16GB Blacks on @ 5:15am yesterday. I received email confirmation on both Apple IDs I used, however, my store (Oak Brook, IL) does not show my reservation on the main website, but does confirm my reservation on the iPhone App? Is this sufficient backup to secure my phone on the 24th?
So I come home today to see four emails from PayPal from the four payments that have been made using my App Store account, totaling $449.95. I call Apple immediately and after being on hold for nearly 50 minutes with them trying to figure this out, I'm told my App Store account is going to be closed and that they cannot reverse the charges, so I need to file a dispute with my bank (or in my case, PayPal).
I called PayPal and they did not sound very confident in me getting my money back and said Apple should be the one reversing the charges. They guided me through filing a dispute on the charges and said that is the best they can do.

In my mobile 5800 Xpress music when I open the music store ,ovi store open. In nokia music store I had balance 42 tracks but it is unable to download due to this.
Over the past few days when I've been using my phone going onto apps and other stuff, I've been getting this message come up saying that my (System UI has stopped working), then when it shuts down whatever I had open all the apps that are on my home screen all disappear and I'm just left with my wallpaper and it takes snout 15-20 seconds for them all to reappear.
Whenever I go to delete a text, or a group of texts, the app crashes and wants me to send a crash report, which I do. This is the message app that came with the phone. HTC One.
I have the HTC M9 through Verizon. I purchased it in July of this year. Recently it has been glitching really bad. Almost everything I open my messenger it says that it has unexpectedly closed. And it asks me if I want to read a report, and I do it everytime. Also it have been sending my messages multiple times and sending ones from weeks ago.
I just got a G920F from an aunt at UK, so I have a Vodafone version of the phone, but when I received it, every app is crashing, I mean every app. Like Facebook, Google Play, Google+, Messenger, Instagram, everything.
I tried flashing the stock rom so I flashed G920FXXU2POGJ, a vodafone 5.1.1 stock rom and it still crashes. Btw the camera doesn't crash so it's okay. But everytime I use facebook, shareit, app crashes. So, flashing the stock rom wasn't useful. The next thing I did was flashing G920FXXU2BOFJ, a UK international 5.1.1, because I assume I cant downgrade the android version (just like in i9505). and everything still crashes.
Mail app constantly crashing? I have 2 accounts on mine, a hotmail account and an exchange account. I do have the exchange account set to all mail instead of just a few weeks. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. 30 days just isn't going to cut it, so All mail it was.
