How to save it, there seems to be no option for that? I keep finger on attachment but does not appear any menu to save, under options there also no save. And if I try open directly it I get error file type not supported. What to do?

May 18, 2011There might be corrupted plist entries of NMT pertaining to the device. Could you please try the steps below and check if it works.-Open HDD-Library-Application Support-Find and Delete the entire Nokia Multimedia Transfer folder.-Then navigate to users-Library-Application Support -Nokia Multimedia Transfer (delete) -Applications-Nokia Multimedia Tranfer-Control Click-Show package contents.-Delete the entire contents folder.-Make sure the trash is empty.-Download and install NMT again from [URL] Now connect the device-Go to NMT> Tools and Settings > Check for updates now-Restart Mac-Connec the device via USB and check.Hopefully this works?

May 12, 2010My newly-bought 5800XM refuses to play nice with my Macbook Air (OSX 10.6.3). ISync works fine. However, Nokia Multimedia Transfer does not work at all. When I connect the phone to my Mac, NMT 1.4.2 does not see/detect the phone's presence. If I switch the phone to another connection form, e.g. mass storage, then I get a warning that my 5800xm is connected in a way that is incompatible with NMT. Needless to say, the same problem happens with Map loader.
I have upgraded the 5800's firmware to the latest version. I have turned off and rebooted the phone and my computer countless times. The only thing that I have noticed that might not be right (don't know for sure) is the fact that the only profiles in the /Library/Application Support/Nokia Multimedia Transfer/Profiles folder are those of the C5, X3 and X6 phones.

Jul 17, 2011I have been trying to transfer some music from iTunes playlists to my Nokia E6 using the Nokia Multimedia Transfer app. First time I ever used it there was no problems, but lately it continually freezes up my mac when transferring. I am using Snow Leopard (latest version) and the plug in is the latest from the Nokia Ovi site.

Mar 24, 2010The multimedia key on my Nokia N79 is broken (nr 3 in the picture). My plan was to map the 'multimedia menu' functionality on the left selection key (nr 2). But the 'multimedia menu' doesn't appear in the list of possible mappings. It is also impossible to reach the 'multimedia menu' via the normal menu.
Conclusion: if the multimedia key is broken, it appears that it is impossible to use the 'multimedia menu'
Does anyone know a workaround? Or, if Nokia is reading this, can you add the 'multimedia menu' to the mapping-options for the selection keys?
Motorola Photon 4G :: Received A Text With A Picture Attachment And Could Not Download The Attachment?
Aug 9, 2011I cannot receive any MMS messages when I am roaming. I received a text with a picture attachment and I could not download the attachment because it came up with an error that said I had no data connectivity. The 3g data symbol was up and blue in color and worked because I was able to text via data roaming.I can send and receive calls and text messages while roaming, just could not get the MMS picture. I had everything checked correctly, data roam and call roam were both checked. The only way I could get it was to get to an area where I had sprint service to download. Is this a known problem? Where I work deep in the building I am usually roaming.

Considering no usb / bluetooth connectivity; i guess pc suite is out of the question and as there is no internet connectivity, sync is also out. Via memory card perhaps??? Nov 6, 2012I have just bought a Nokia X3-02 in the nice blue color. I really like this phone - I think I am going to like it a lot when I am going to use it. I am not a dedicated smartphone user as many other are - I only use my cellphone for sms and speaking. But I have had a Nokia Lumia 900 for the last 4 months. A very nice phone also and I liked Windows Phone. But that phone is overkill for me - too big and too heavy. But one thing I liked very much about it was that it could syncronize directly, wirelessly with Windows Live e-mail account. So I made a Windows Live e-mail account, just for phonenumbers to be used in my contacts in my phone.
Is it somehow possible to syncronize contacts in Nokia Suite with this Windows Live e-mail account?? And then to syncronize with my pretty little new cellphone? Hope to get an answer soon - would like to start using the phone...

The broadcast was at 1 Mbps, and I thought my mobile could reach that speed with no problem. That wasn't the case. After that, I've been running different speed tests at different locations, directly with the phone and using it as a modem with the laptop, and the speed is always around 0,5 Mbps.My network operator is Orange, Spain, and with my contract, I think I have a theoretical maximum speed of 7,2 Mbps, quite far from the real speed I'm getting.

Jul 12, 2015So I have a galaxy s5 made with Verizon that my mother bought for me unlocked and so I use at&t service and Sim card. I can send regular text messages fine but multimedia is an issue. I cannot send multimedia. I use the app that came on the phone that says Messaging instead of the Verizon messaging app. I'm not sure if I can use the Verizon one since I have at&t service. It is too expensive to switch everything to Verizon instead of the at&t stuff I bought. So... when I try to send a pic it takes forever and then says it failed everytime. If I try to select Download on any pic sent to me it takes forever then just doesn't ever do anything. I'm not sure why I'm having this issue and I've looked around for answers but haven't found anything that works. I've restarted the phone and my data is turned on. I have turned the WiFi on and off. What can I do to fix this and send and receive pics?
