On older version of SK17i firmware - there was a nice screen lock effect (like on old analog TVs).It is gone after updating to the newest version of firmware (4.0.2.A.0.62). how to re-enable it?
View 3 RepliesI use either Sony clock or digital clock on lock screen. However, it will get changed to analog clock for no reason. Few times already. Changed it back to digital/Sony clock, but it goes back to analog clock after awhile (days). Any way to make the Sony/digital clock to stick?

I have recently upgraded my android version to 4.0, i don't know if the cause comes from the upgrade, but some times when i start a game on my phone the screen keeps flashing when i reload the game the screen is back to normal. Is there a fix or something for this?

Rebooting multiple times has had no impact. Although the soft keys on the phone still operate but the touch has become completely unresponsive.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI just bought my new sk17i a few days ago, its 11W42 at the back, build number 4.0.2.A.0.58 running android 2.3.4. Unfortunately the phone is unusable as it keeps either turning itself off, or totally locking up (I'm not sure which). It won't re-awaken using either the on/off switch or the home button. Also the camera performance, my x10 mini camera is far better than the mini pro. but the main issue here is the device sk17i turns itself off.

I have also noticed that reminder is not working while the screen is off, it's work only when the screen is on. it's really annoying. The device works fine in Mass Storage Mode, so the connectivity cable & ports are alright. Then I tried with the 'Device Manager' Updating, Uninstalling & Reinstalling & even changing the ports. The device still fail to start in MTP Mode as the Windows 7 would say.

Since then it was continuously on boot loop and keeps on rebooting itself after the XPERIA logo.It got turned on once in afternoon after which i did a factory reset and it was working fine. In eve I tried to turn the Bluetooth on and it is around 4-5 hours my phone is still rebooting continuously.It is Android 4.0.4 and never rooted, minimum apps, all are from PlayStore only.
