I have problem with Xperia mini pro (Black, sk17i). Phone have often restarts when the display going to turns off. I working without SIM card and with swiched on WiFi. The same thing I saw when I haven't signal from operator.

LED notification not working on my Sony Ericsson Xperia mini Pro Sk17i anymore for any app (like any.do, calender etc). I have also noticed that reminder is not working while the screen is off, it's work only when the screen is on. it's really annoying. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.It dosen't even work for calender too.
something to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Update: Sometimes reminders even get delayed for few minutes. In some forum i have heard that , this problem is happening for Something "wakelock" which is not optimised.

View 6 Replies View RelatedAs of a few weeks ago I noticed my phone would randomly restart, I didn't think much of it until one day it shut off, restarted, and then it was locked and would not unlock no matter how long I held the side button down for, plugging it into the charger did nothing. I ended up having to let the phone just die and recharge it once it had died. I could deal with all of that, but today I noticed after it had some sluggish responses to me wanting to unlock the screen (it would stay locked and not respond to button presses until i waited around 2 or 3 minutes after hitting the button initially).
I tried to use several applications, the appstore, snapchat, youtube, and i got little to no activity from any of them. Never ending loading from just about all, or no activity whatsoever from the appstore, yet the net browser and facebook/ etc worked just fine. And to top it all off, I noticed my battery draining at an alarming rate, maybe 10% every 30 minutes even with nearly no applications running or open.
I got a new memory card 16GB that just keeps restarting the phone every minute or two. I formated it already. Repaired the software on PC companion while the memory card is mounted (Hence phone doesn't restart when it's mounted by the PC). Still no Joy with it. If I use the original 2GB one it does work no problem. Tried the memory card in a different phone and it works straight away.

The device works fine in Mass Storage Mode, so the connectivity cable & ports are alright. Then I tried with the 'Device Manager' Updating, Uninstalling & Reinstalling & even changing the ports. The device still fail to start in MTP Mode as the Windows 7 would say.

Since then it was continuously on boot loop and keeps on rebooting itself after the XPERIA logo.It got turned on once in afternoon after which i did a factory reset and it was working fine. In eve I tried to turn the Bluetooth on and it is around 4-5 hours my phone is still rebooting continuously.It is Android 4.0.4 and never rooted, minimum apps, all are from PlayStore only.
