Xperia Z3 :: Phone High Temperature In Camera And Noisy Images
Feb 6, 2015I bought Sony Xperia Z3 Dual 4 days ago and update it . I have one big problem in camera because when i want to record video , after some minutes i receive this message :
"Camera is temporarily unavailable due to high temperature. Please wait for your device to cool down before you can use the camera"
even for rear camera images are noisy in bad quality ||||

Oct 5, 2012In good light (Sunlight, Indoor with good lighting conditions )it is good but I feel really bad when I take photos in bad light conditions even with photo light on. The photo light is not flash it has to be manually on and off (Which is really bad).nSometimes I need to manually set the camera setting since auto mode is not better always. Friends tell me what I need to do in my xperia ray to take good pics even at the bad light conditions. Some of the apps also I tried but which are very bad comparatively with native Camera app .

Apr 11, 2013After changing from sony xperia M5 to sony xperia Z5 i can see big difference in photo especially in indoor and low light photo. Xperia z5 photo are very noisy and no detail when zooming , my old z3 better than z5 and new high midrange m5 better also.
How can beat other new flagahip phone like s6 and note 5 and lg g4 in less detail and noisy pictures.
Also we have a big problem in sony at 20-23 mp in manual mode . No iso settings and no scene can be changed. Sony now have to advertise to sell z5 but the surprise in this camera and bad software.
No iso in 23 mp and 20mp it is a big problem now. We don't need sceen changing in high mp but iso in manual is very necessary.

Dec 21, 2014Well, I have this issue from past month... When shooting in the night The pic resultant with a glare mostly in the right side of the pic and sometimes allover. Also the glare is like some kinda rainbow effect. Any solutions? Or is it time to trash the z3? Just 6 months old it is and my second z3 perhaps

Most probably x10MP uses the same camera sensor but shoots less noisier photos(though lacks details than XMP). x10MP's minimum ISO is 40 but XMP's minimum is 64. For photos, improving Post Processing Algorithms like 2x1 chroma subsampling and noise reduction will make this device much better.

Sep 25, 2014I have a us unlocked version of the d6603 and noticed after a super clean install....(factory reset, then installed updated software .232) the camera seems to overall have much more noise in the image.... Where as photos before the update were much cleaner and had much less noise... Right now it's almost like it has artificial film grain....
The only thing I haven't tried is the factory reset that you do when your battery is above 80 percent..

In the past week or so, whenever I try to save an image off of facebook or Google now, the picture is very bad quality, blurry, and small.

Oct 27, 2010I have been having real problems with the picture quality when you take pictures of documents. As I am a student, this is quite a big deal for me. Whenever I take pictures of like notes and stuff (in the document mode), the quality is great, but when it comes to zooming in, the pixels don't clear up at all, they remain blurry, so in the end the document mode is a complete useless tool! I have seen other phones like the Iphone 4 or the blackberry torch have great quality even when zoomed in, the pixels clear up. I thought sony was known for its camera!

Nov 14, 2010Yesterday i updated my phone to android 2.1 through pc companion and it took almost half an hour. It was a success but when i switched it on, after sony ericsson written on it, it shows a camera logo sitting on top of a logo of the phone with an arrow pointing towards the phone, somethin like this: the arrow was glowing, i think it was to do something with the camera. I couldn't figure it out and after about 3-4 minutes, it booted up and the phone started. After that when i opened the camera, i found out that the picture was too much pixelated and bad quality even worse than before the update. i tried shooting some video in HD mode, the video also was too bad quality.

The staff said that it might blur out on the sides BUT that it should never be one sided. So I got a new device and this one suffered the same problem but less prominent ( photos from the 2nd Z5C ).

Jun 29, 2015I have a Sony Xperia Z3 16GB version and Recently I had been to a hiking trip and had used my Xperia Z3 on the trip extensively for photos and vidoes. I have taken as much as 600 photos and few videos of size 2.9 GB. Since the phone memory was getting full, i moved the images,videos using the "Move Files to SD Card" option found under "Settings --> Storage".
The Transfer finished successfully and the phone memory was relieved. Now after this transfer, i can't open any images moved to SD card. They all were moved to "DCIM --> 100ANDRO" folder.
The photos seem to be corrupted. ALL OF THEM
This is such a mess and I tried a few tools for recovering the images. They didn't woork for me. How to recover these photos? These are memories from a Trip which I can do only once in life time.
The jpeg image properties show up the File Size clearly which means that the content is still there but somehow corrupted.

May 22, 2012My iPhone 4s has suddenly changed to a really poor picture quality, today i compared it with my friend's iPhone 4s and the difference was astonishing. My iPhone takes quite blurry pictures. I was just wondering if there were any ways of cleaning it or anything that i could do to get the picture quality back to what it used to be.. Jan 5, 2010Having a bit of trouble with the quality of pictures taken from the main camera on my N97.Although, I have the resolution set to max (5mp), the pictures that come out dont look anything like 5mp resolution.I say this because I had a N82 before this which had a 5mp camera, which I guess was pretty much same as N97. I still have my old phone so I compared pictures from both (same object, same conditions) and pictures from N82 were still a lot better than N97.
I have the latest firmware on N97 and have tried all different setting and even tried a hard reset, but cant have it to take good pictures. Although the size once I copy them to my computer says 2592x1944, the details are no where there what they should be.

Mar 14, 2012Very disappointed in the results I've gotten in the first month of using this camera. Even with flash activated in very decent indoor light, the shutter speed seems to default to 1/20 second. Since it's virtually impossible to hold any camera - much less an iPhone - perfectly still at that slow of a speed, the shots are predictably blurry and most are simply unusable. (BTW, none of the shots I'm describing are zoomed and hdr is off.)

Feb 15, 2010I bought a new n97 mini. Everything is working fine except the camera. The image looks foggy and blurred. Its not only with the camera pictures but also with the video recordings. When I do a half-press (focus), the preview looks decent but the picture taken is bad. Looks like a picture taken in a 1MP cam! I have tested some N97 mini's camera in some shops and I was impressed. Hence I brought it. But unfortunately it looks like a problem in my mobile!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My main usage is Camera and its very frustrating to see images with such bad quality!

Jan 9, 2010I have just bought a used SE k850i and are very disappointed! I had a k750i before and were expecting a much better camera. The photos taken with the k850i are just grainy, grey and blurry! And I know how to fix settings and so on, and I have the latest firmware installed and everything. This is a photo i took today.And here is a photo I took with my K750.
