I am not able to download Arabic Keyboard in my device , I just bought the device yesterday and every time wants to download it hang in the middle of downloading and stop saying unable to download.

I have a google account and I have tried to download both from my PC and directly from the mobile. I have been trying 3 days now. Trying to download to a Windows HP computer. When plugging in the phone to sync...it will go for 30 min and then state. (ITunes could not back up the iPhone because the backup could not be saved on the computer) I have tried multiple times, rebooted, made sure everything is up to date.
When opening the files up like a camera where you can drag or tried copy and paste the files will attempt to save. Sometimes the files looks saved but there is ZERO Mb saved, just the file name. Other time I was able to get a file save, but it will not play, just a very fragmented video that looks like pictures taken every 30 seconds.

When I try to download them in the xperia lounge app it says 'connection error. Unable to connect to download server. Please check your Internet connection', despite me having both a WiFi and 4g signal. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest update to the lounge app, and have tried reseting the phone and clearing the cache, but no luck.
