Having trouble with internal memory??? I reset my phone and when it uploaded the memory was almost full again with apps installed directly on the phone. i cant download anything. i find it very annoying as cant use the phone how id like.

Once the space was filled, the files were synchronised with Dropbox and I deleted them to create new space however the memory amount is still low at 40MB and telling me that the memory is full?

I have an E75 for a few months now and I have a problem that totally confuses me: I constantly keep getting the System Message that my Internal Memory C: is full and that I need to either delete files or move them to the flash memory. Sometimes it also refuses to open emails, because of the lack of memory.
The sad part is that almost all of my data already is on the flash card, not on the internal drive. There's literally nothing left to delete from the internal memory. I also tried deleting my personal data from the web browser, but it didn't help much. I checked the data that is stored on the internal memory and it is about 18MB while the phone's file manager sais I have only about 2MB free memory left. 20 MB total memory size seems a little small to me, shouldn't it be 50MB?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI bought my Nokia E5 about 2 days ago.It worked fine untill yesterday when a message started appearing sayng that the phone memory(c)is full and that I should move or delete some files from the phone memory.The thing is that when I go to file manager all the files are empty.File manager shows 25 Mb free and the rest is in use mainly by "other folder"wich is empty.I only use my memory card for everything except for the contacts wich I keep on the phone memory(63 kb).I removed all apps that could be removed,I deleted all emails,all texts,all notes,calendar entrie,cleared up the cache,cleared up my browsing history,I tried it without the memory card,I tried with another memory card,I gave it 2 factory reset,removed the battery.I tried everything I could think of

Most programs do not recognize the LG 4 for some reason I read but don't remember. I am also not techy enough to root the phone. It blows my mind that this smartphone doesn't have a recycle bin or a go-back feature where you can recover deleted items.

Love this handset for its sleekiest design, I rate this best among all BB phones.Recently I hit into an issue where my phone's device memory (reportedly 32 MB) is full. I thought this phone has inbuilt memory of 512 MB.When I go Media, check for Memory use using BB pin, it shows me Media Card and Built-in Memory Storage.
I am surprised to see Built-in Memory storage of only 32 MB and that is also 100%, of which 24MB was occupied by Pictures.
I haven't stored any of the downloaded or camera pictures on device memory. These 24MB is essentially from this folder "/Device/home/user/appworld/img/screenshots/". Under this folder there are many folders with 4~5 digits numbered and has many small pictures, essentially screenshots from app world.First, can I delete these folders in order free up device memory?Second, can I re-route these to memory card such these screenshots are not saved on device memory atleast?Third, how do I check 512 MB inbuilt memory usage stats for curve 9360?

The problem is that each download takes memory from my phone and i dont know where to look and delete it and free my internal memory back.
I have had a Xperia Neo for 2 weeks now, and the available internal memory already dropped from 260 to 209. Just today I still had 221, then I updated 4 apps (I only have like 5 extra apps, it updated speech recognition, touchnote,..) and it dropped to 209. Most of these applications have consumed most of the internal memory. some of the applications do not get transferred to the SD card and are only retained in the SD card. now when i want to download new applications or update current applications, it says the memory is full. how do i transfer the applications to the SD card from the internal memory and download fresh applications. The applications are not visible when connected to the computer. Moreover, many of the applications are pre-set when the phone was purchased. The phone does not start (reaches the Sony logo black screen).
I did all the resets / restarts but is not starting.
My internal/phone memory in my x10 mini seems to be going down even though my sd card holds all my stuff. After app back up I then reinstall form sd card and the internal mem goes down, I am on about 44mb at the moment. I thought it would run from the sd card so the internal memory would not be effected as the other day a message said on my phone that memory was getting low! I have over 5gb spare.

The problem is that it is adding on to my internal memory, why is this happening when I have sync my contacts with gmail. I do not have any contact on my phone.
