May 3, 2011It's my first time using a smart phone like this and I tried to download games from the internet and copied them to my SD card, but when I check it in my phone, it is not there.

Xperia PLAY :: Downloaded Games Not Showing In Its App
Apr 5, 2011I've recently downloaded Asphalt 6 from selecting the game within the Xperia Play App when I slide the game pad out.Since downloading I can only open the game by going into my Applications and selecting the game.Does anyone know a way I can get the game to appear within the Xperia Play App so I can use it as a game library?

Jan 29, 2010i recently bought a Mythic, i really enjoy it EXCEPT the fact that Samsung and ATT decided to stick their noses in the air and make it so that 3rd party apps arent able to be used(for the most part).I downloaded some games and apps(most are JAR) and am not sure how to sucessfully get them onto my phone and get them to run. i just coppied a JAR file to my MicroSD and of course "unsupported file format".Is there a way to get around this?

Mar 2, 2012I know that it is not a gaming phone but I like to play games too ( and the Xperia Pro does have an adreno 205 and a 1Ghz processor like the Xperia Play so it should be able to take a game or two).Normal games (those which are not graphic intensive) like Angry Birds RIO can be run for hours together..But hi - end games (particularly Shadowgun, Samurai II: Vengeance, Blood & Glory) are (for lack of a better word) crashing to the home screen.
The games start and I can play for some time but then they crash to the home screen. All three of them show the same behavior so I am inclined to think it is a problem with the device itself.
