View 1 Replies View RelatedLast night my phone started acting weird and asking if I wanted to copy contacts from the USIM any time I tried to look at my contacts. I ignored it most of the time, but earlier today I tried turning it off and on again to see if that would sort it. Now it literally won't do anything, apart from display a message saying "Insert correct USIM". I haven't done anything different with it that I can think of that would have caused this. I've already tried removing the battery, sim card and memory card but nothing seems to work. Any ideas whether it can be fixed, or what could have happened in the first place?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI need to transfer my phone contacts from my C903 to my X10 mini before the 24th but bluetooth isn't working - "paired but not connected" mesg - and more importantly, the C903 will not connect to PC Suite or PC Companion. When the phone is connnected via USB, the PC finds the Camera aspect of the phone but not the phone itself. When the phone is in Mass Storage the C903 connects to both PC Suite and PC Companion ok. I've tried the standard fixes but to no avail.

I've seen very interesting things as acoustic mods (to increase the sound if I've well understand) and camera drivers. The most important things for me actually. But like every times for every things I've got problems x). I've seen Brazzuka's Camera Drivers, and I've tried to install it. To do that I've search tutorials, of course I've found them. I've tried "Far", but after my phone is connected, I'm said that a problem occurred and that it's not possible to connect my phone.

Now I am having fun modifying my phone so I changed my acoustic setting (thanks to hiro) and changed font. So now I can see my Korean MP3 and Video files. While I was seeking information for those, I slightly saw there was the way to separate SMS and MMS now its all mixed in same category and no way to sort MMS only. I remember, it was way to change some text on some file. I remember he said, it is going to back to old style of SMS, MMS view.
Just wondering how I silence an incoming call on the C903? I know I can press the hang up button but this immediately sends a busy signal to the person calling. Most phones allow you silence the ringer so the incoming call continues and you can still choose to answer it or leave it to go to through to the answer phone. Is that possible on this phone? I've search the manual and can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have just bought C903 and noticed that there is something wrong with the camera, actually there is something like dust or missing pixels when I turn it on and they appear on every photo or video. They are visible only if zoomed or when I put them on my PC. I've tried to clean up the lens but nothing changed. I am really worried since it's not just 2-3 but hundreds. I am attaching a sample photo just as a reference.

They are very non technical and I am afraid I think these phones are not really what they should have gotten, but never mind. They don't have data bundles and don't want to use GPRS / 3G / internet. They just want to phone! Ok maybe take a picture now and again. They both complain that they can't figure out how to stop the phones going on the net risking big bills. View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a new silver C903 now, this for a while is the last of my phones I now have 3 mobiles I think its enough now. The phone is lovely much nicer than expected not bad build although very plasticy lovely screen & nice camera. The flip down camera cover is pretty robust. Will report more later as I just updated latest firmware although I have noticed the speed of the phone is fast I really like it . Here is a rough photo taken with it.

Today I bought the NEW SE C903. I feel that the picture I took look so weird. After I compare with the picture they put in the forum here are totally different. Especially when Zoom In the Photo. My Picture look blur and something wrong. But the Boss said to me, this is normal/same with all 5MP phone. Here are my Picture.

I recently purchased a foreign Sony Ericsson C903 Cybershot Phone. What I'm wondering is how to enable Threaded-View SMS? I have tried a couple of ways my friends have suggested; Menu>Inbox> Press right arrow key. But there seems to be no option still of threaded view? Am I the one not doing it properly or is it a faulty mobile?

I have reinstaled the software twice now but it has made no difference on the results. It might well be a problem with the software and in the manual it says go to Menu then Organiser and then File Manager.

Maybe by the end of the month it's price will come down so that I can get it free, but else I'll have to choose between those two.

View 5 Replies View RelatedCan't seem to install drivers for my Elm, I can use the phone in file transfer mode but not PC mode Have tried the software that came with the phone to automatically install, then went for the auto updater which also failed to install the drivers. I can see the device on device manager for a short while, try to update the drivers manually but this does not work either.

I know its a 8MP in C905.but is there any other difference, i mean in the lens quality, the hardware etc Bcos recently i checked the pics taken with a modded C905, its just as from an SLR. The problem with K850 (for me) is that, when i take pics of distant objects in daylight (say 10meters) the camera fails to produce the detail..But this not the case with C905, i can see the image more clearly. also the longer the subject is the colors are not correct.("purple edges" on small objects with sky as background). But these all are gone with C905 pics. So my point is Is C905 having a better camera H/W ? or is it the software? and lastly is there any modded K850 cam driver which can take pica like c905'say be my knowledge is little regarding this issue
View 2 Replies View RelatedI'am searching for a acoustic driver for my c905, i've seen that many of you are using Ultra Clear V2 but this is only a headphone driver (corect me if i'm wrong ), the Franc-Marc driver is also an option but there were complains that in some cases is to loud and can damage internal speaker at high volume, my third option is a mix from those two Franc_marc_Ultra Clear. I want a driver that doesnt distorsionate at high volume, and "tinny" increase volume from thr internal speaker. Please tell me what should i chose from those three drivers, or if you have another driver that is better.
