Sony Ericsson :: C903 Will Not Connect To PC Suite
I need to transfer my phone contacts from my C903 to my X10 mini before the 24th but bluetooth isn't working - "paired but not connected" mesg - and more importantly, the C903 will not connect to PC Suite or PC Companion. When the phone is connnected via USB, the PC finds the Camera aspect of the phone but not the phone itself. When the phone is in Mass Storage the C903 connects to both PC Suite and PC Companion ok. I've tried the standard fixes but to no avail.

Sony Ericsson :: C903 Asking For Correct USIM
Last night my phone started acting weird and asking if I wanted to copy contacts from the USIM any time I tried to look at my contacts. I ignored it most of the time, but earlier today I tried turning it off and on again to see if that would sort it. Now it literally won't do anything, apart from display a message saying "Insert correct USIM". I haven't done anything different with it that I can think of that would have caused this. I've already tried removing the battery, sim card and memory card but nothing seems to work. Any ideas whether it can be fixed, or what could have happened in the first place?

Sony Ericsson :: C903 GPS Route Tracking?
I just got a C903 and feel that one important function is lacking for the aGPS:When biking, I want to be able to track my routes and store them to share with others. On my R.I.P k750i, I did this with a Bluetooth GPS connected, and an applet called MobiTrackPRO.This applet is brilliant, as it tracks whatever route as often as you want (in meters), as stores them as .kmz files; perfect for Google Earth. The C903 comes with a software called "Tracker" something, but AFAIK it doesn't track GPS coordinates at all; only uses them to calculate velocity and distance. I even tried obiTrackPRO, but it can't connect to the internal aGPS.Is there a way to accomplish this on the C903?

Sony Ericsson :: C903 - Flashing (Different Software Tried)
I've find this wonderful website yesterday when I was looking for flashing my SE C903. I've seen very interesting things as acoustic mods (to increase the sound if I've well understand) and camera drivers. The most important things for me actually. But like every times for every things I've got problems x). I've seen Brazzuka's Camera Drivers, and I've tried to install it. To do that I've search tutorials, of course I've found them. I've tried "Far", but after my phone is connected, I'm said that a problem occurred and that it's not possible to connect my phone.
A picture is better than words. And after a few seconds:
So it do not work with my phone. I've tried with A2Uploader, but I had again a problem. As you can see, I've connected my phone, and after this A2uploader load, but after a few seconds it say time elapsed and ready. Nothing else.

Sony Ericsson :: C903 - How To Separate SMS And MMS Like Old Style?
I never used foreign phone when I was in Korea, even I never used Motorola. Recently I bought Sony C903 and it was my first foreign, Sony phone and I like this so much. It was Australian centus(?) branded one so I debranded it. I found information how to debrand from here and there and mostly esato.com here
Now I am having fun modifying my phone so I changed my acoustic setting (thanks to hiro) and changed font. So now I can see my Korean MP3 and Video files. While I was seeking information for those, I slightly saw there was the way to separate SMS and MMS now its all mixed in same category and no way to sort MMS only. I remember, it was way to change some text on some file. I remember he said, it is going to back to old style of SMS, MMS view.

Sony Ericsson :: C903 / How To Silence Incoming Call?
Just wondering how I silence an incoming call on the C903? I know I can press the hang up button but this immediately sends a busy signal to the person calling. Most phones allow you silence the ringer so the incoming call continues and you can still choose to answer it or leave it to go to through to the answer phone. Is that possible on this phone? I've search the manual and can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Sony Ericsson :: C903 - Camera Missing Pixels
I have just bought C903 and noticed that there is something wrong with the camera, actually there is something like dust or missing pixels when I turn it on and they appear on every photo or video. They are visible only if zoomed or when I put them on my PC. I've tried to clean up the lens but nothing changed. I am really worried since it's not just 2-3 but hundreds. I am attaching a sample photo just as a reference.

Sony Ericsson :: C903 - Unboxing Pictures And Review
It’s been quite some time since I was last wowed by the design of a Sony Ericsson phone. You just can’t help but wondering how Sony Ericsson can keep launching such mediocre designs, until I see the new addition to the Cyber-shot lineup C903. It’s a stunner. It’s a bundle with standard content: the C903 phone, a battery, a charger, a data cable, a stereo handsfree, a CD-ROM and a user’s guide. Like I said in the introduction, C903 is an eye-candy. The lustrous plastic finish is a definitely pleasing (especially the Glamor Red) to the eyes and to the hand as well. The front is dominated by the 2.4” TFT Display which I would love to see bigger. However, I would say it is still a beauty. The number keypad is nicely separated by metal ridges that enhance tactility. Typing on the highly tangible keys with distinct clicks is quick and effortless. The D-pad and the soft keys are also pleasant.
I like the fact that the call and end call keys are slightly butted out for better orientation. Last but not least, the backlight is beyond cool! On the right side lays the camera control keys, the shutter key and the volume rocker. The connection portal is placed on the left side which can be a little awkward for me, but it’s not a big deal. You will find the Memory Stick Micro slot hidden away under the battery cover. Memory can be expanded up to 16GB. The back is really the highlight here. The lens is covered by a slide which is apparently inspired by the Sony Cybershot T-series. Not only is the protective slide pragmatic, but also fabulous looking. I adore the silver plate with the engraved brand name, a perfect example to blend commercialize and elegance. I even like the layout of the flash, how it stretches horizontally.
A classic Sony Ericsson menu. We have got HSDPA, GPS with Wayfinder, accelerator that allows auto-rotation in C903. However, its biggest competition Nokia 6260 Slide’s WiFi support is missing here. The camera is a 5MP one with loads of commendable features such as BestPic (which allows you to take 9 pics and pick the best), smile shot, face detection, autofocus and geo-taggin, just to name a few. I am lovin’ C905 for it is definitely one of the handsomest devices out there right now. Although there’s no WiFi support nor a super wide screen (it’s not a touchscreen phone anyway!), it still offers you some of the most sought-after features such as GPS, HSDPA connection, a drag and drop media organizer, PicBridge for direct printing. It’s clearly an all-rounder.

Sony Ericsson :: Yari / C903 - How To Turn Off GPRS?
I live in the UK, my mom and little brother in SA. They just got themselves new phones, Yari & C903. They are very non technical and I am afraid I think these phones are not really what they should have gotten, but never mind. They don't have data bundles and don't want to use GPRS / 3G / internet. They just want to phone! Ok maybe take a picture now and again. They both complain that they can't figure out how to stop the phones going on the net risking big bills. Could anybody be so kind as to give me a step-by-step instruction on how to stop this in these phones?

Sony Ericsson :: C903 / C902 / W705 - Which One Would Be Easier To Trade?
I can renew my contract and I'm able to get a C903, C902 or W705 for free. I actually want the C901 GreenHeart, but I'm not really keen on paying extra money for it. Maybe by the end of the month it's price will come down so that I can get it free, but else I'll have to choose between those two.
I'm not really looking after a daily phone, just something for my collection and to use occasionally. I know the differences between the phones, but the thing I'd really like to know is which one would be easier to trade for some other SE phone? Anyone any idea on that, or even an offer yet?

Sony Ericsson :: C903 Battery Wont Charge And Phone Wont Find SIM
I don't know if this is in the right section but: I have had my SE C903 for a while now, I haven't had any problems up to now. I forgot to charge it before I went out, and when I got home it had died. The thing wouldn't charge, it came up with a message "Battery cannot be charged. You must use a Sony Ericsson battery." I don't understand this as it is the original battery which came with the phone. When I turn it on, it just comes up with another message "Insert correct SIM card". I am using the SIM which came with the mobile phone, so I don't get that either. My laptop recognizes the phone to be used as a mass storage device, but SEUS will not update the firmware. Any ideas what's wrong with it?
